I suspected it was because I only had two bars so I moved to a different location with almost all of the bars and it still isn't working. ???

My Mom passed a few months ago. Since then, my Mom's family have started rumors and fights, which have created huge rifts in the family. The saddest part is, they attacked and disowned my Sister and Cousin (who's Mom also just died). Most of the rumors aren't even true and they just seem so petty and hurtful in a time where we should be strong for each other, not tearing each other down.

There is a family reunion coming up in two weeks. I still love my family and I know it isn't Christian to turn my back on them because who am I to judge? No one is without sin. But I can't help but feel hurt that they treated my Sister and Cousin this way when they are most vulnerable emotionally. Should I go to the reunion?

My doctor is trying to figure out what is wrong with me. I'm in my mid thirties and all of a sudden, my blood pressure and pulse rate are extremely high. The doctor put me on Lisinopril and Metoprolol but neither is helping. I don't understand how I can have a physical in Jan and be perfectly healthy but falling apart by summer. I'm exhausted all the time, my heart palpitates, and my body just feels like I'm aging rapidly for no reason. What is wrong with my body?

If I am very sick and I don't do anything to get help, is this suicide in God's eyes? If you know of scripture to support your response, please provide it. Thank you.

How can you say there isn't a God, when I finally found a GOOD job! Whoo hoo!

God promises David that his offspring (sometimes translated as seed) will reign in Jerusalem forever (1 Chronicles 17:11–14). The Bible does trace Jesus' ancestry back to David (as far back as Adam in Luke 3:23-38). But my question is how can Jesus be David's offspring or seed? Both words imply a physical blood tie not just being from the house of David. Can someone explain?

The Bible states Joseph and Mary had children after Jesus. Isn't that cool to think that his blood line (at least partially) still exists on Earth today? Obviously Joseph wasn't really his father but the angel had Mary carry Jesus.

Doesn't that imply that the brothers mentioned shared at least some of the DNA that Jesus possessed? And when they had children, they then passed down some DNA that which was common to Jesus... Obviously it was not divine DNA, but human DNA from Mary. What do you think of this?

Matthew 13:55- “Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary, and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas?"

It's sad. She sits in her apartment all day screaming about how she hates God for making her live. She plays depressing music 24/7 and cry/sings to the songs. She calls people on the phone (I hope) and screams obscenities until they hang up on her, then she screams to herself about how they hung up on her. I know she has family cause I've heard her ramble on about how pathetic her kids are but I never hear her with actual visitors. She clearly needs psychological help. I'm afraid she's going to end up taking her own life. She never leaves the apartment for me to even start a communication with her. PS: We are in Pennsylvania.

I really want to love my neighbor but I am not loving their stereo. Suggestions?

Jesus and Satan were having an on-going argument about who was better on the computer. They had been going at it for days, and frankly God was tired of hearing all the bickering.

Finally fed up, God said, 'THAT'S IT! I have had enough. I am going to set up a test that will run for two hours, and from those results, I will judge who does the better job.'

So Satan and Jesus sat down at the keyboards and typed away.

They e-faxed.

They e-mailed.

They e-mailed with attachments.

They downloaded.

They did spreadsheets!

They wrote reports.

They created labels and cards.

They created charts and graphs.

They did some genealogy reports .

They did every job known to man.

Jesus worked with heavenly efficiency and Satan was faster than hell.

Then, ten minutes before their time was up, lightning suddenly flashed across the sky, thunder rolled, rain poured, and, of course, the power went off.

Satan stared at his blank screen and screamed every curse word known in the underworld.

Jesus just sighed.

Finally the electricity came back on, and each of them restarted their computers. Satan started searching frantically, screaming:

'It's gone! It's all GONE! 'I lost everything when the power went out!'

Meanwhile, Jesus quietly started printing out all of his files from the past two hours of work.

Satan observed this and became irate.

'Wait!' he screamed. 'That's not fair! He cheated! How come he has all his work and I don't have any?

God just shrugged and said,

"JESUS SAVES..........."

Atheists you may dislike us, but aren't you glad you have Saturday and Sunday off?

Ironically, you can thank God for that. :)
