If there are beauty supply store that sells it, what is the brand name? Can it be flat-ironed, to blend in with someone's own hair?

National Junior Honor Society-Middle School- it's an induction ceremony.

This induction ceremony is honoring the outstanding effort put in by students academically, and their conduct. I am asking if anyone has some ideas of how someone should look for the national junior honor society(outfit/hair). There are 20 students being inducted, and they all have to wear black and white. Dress, black, pants, white shirt, skirt. My sister(older) can not think of a style for her hair. She has a rare color of hair for a black, african american girl. its long(pass shoulder length), and the color is blonde gold, dark brown, and a color lighter than gold...(if that's useful)...So, I want to help my sister, and i would love her to look outstanding that day(next week 29th). Well, i hope this information is useful. BTW, she is the national junior honors society president, she's going to say a speech, and many will be watching her on the stage.
