My daughter has an Easynote TJ61, and for a while hasn't been charging properly. If you give the power cord a little wiggle it sometimes worked. We have tried a new charger but it's still the same. She thought she could smell a bit of a burning smell so hasn't used it since. Can you buy separate power jack sockets or could it also be a problem with the motherboard? It's 15 months old. Thanks.

Whenever I try to get into my Paypal account, after putting in my ID and password, the next page just won't load. I have tried switching on and off and opening a new browser to go direct into Paypal. I don't use it very often, only to buy from ebay, and now when I try to make a payment from ebay, Paypal won't load from ebay either for me to make a payment. I have found Paypal to be quite slow, but it's been days now and it still won't work!!!

I'm going to take a few hundred in dollars, but is it a good idea to take travellers cheques? or Mastercard credit card? I am afraid of having to pay charges if I use a Mastercard abroad?

Today I downloaded a load of furniture sets for my sims 1 game. I unzipped them and put them in the folder where they should be, and for some reason, only a quarter of the objects are showing up on my game. How do I get the rest to work?

I am on the Option 1 with BT with a wired router with my computer. I am buying a laptop for my daughter who would now like to connect to the internet. Do I change to wireless or hub so we can both be online??

We have used prepayment meter cards for the last 8 years and more recently changed over to the key system. Out of the blue we received a bill for £717 which they say is due to price rises, backdated from 2002 - 2004. The day after, we received notification that we were actually in debt to the tune of £1,950 and they were going to put a fixed charge on the meter of £17 weekly on top of the electricity charges. How can they do this, we have had no warning, no communication from them and we cannot even get through on the phone except to talk to people who know nothing about it. Anyone else had problems like this?

We need to take a wall down for repairs to our drains, the drains problem being a joint one with our next door neighbours. Our bungalows are linked by our garages and the brick wall runs from the garages down the length of the driveway, separating our two properties. Our neighbours have always insisted it is our wall and our responsibility, but I would have thought it was joint responsibility as it basically divides our two properties. As it is, my insurance will only pay half of the wall, but my neighbours refuse to involve their insurance in this. When inside my house, this wall is on my left. If I am stood outside my house looking towards it, the wall is on the right. Any answers greatly appreciated.

When I go on my iPod and browse through the artists, I look at the songs and I keep noticing that there are a few songs missing! Whats happened?

I've recently had lots of pop-ups and just discovered that I had the Trojan virus, which luckily I've been able to get rid of. But when I start up I have error loading ddccc.dll and it will not load my cd burning software, has anyone else had such trouble with fixing it? Where are these viruses coming from??

It comes and goes in waves, lasting about two hours. It is piercing, throbbing and I have other sharp stabbing pains in my forehead and back of my eye at times that last seconds. Can anyone help?

It is empty with no top on, a bicentenary bottle, and was found on a beach in North Wales in the 70s. Does anyone any more info about this ie. how many bottles were dropped, possible value? Thanks.

Could anyone please help identify these hallmarks - they are on a hand held mirror with the faces of either angels with wings or cherubs on the back. Found in my gran's attic, it looks extremely old! Thank you.
