I was in bed and realized I forgot to take my meds, birth control and a regular medication. I was lazy and didn't feel like getting up to get water so i swallowed them dry. Now I have a lot of pain in the bottom of my throat and upper chest. I've tried drinking water and apple juice and ate a little and am now eating yogurt and about to try milk. Any idea on what will make this feel better?!?

So I run xc and trackk and i have a cross country camp at the end of the summer. There they do a body fat test calculator thing. I'm kind of nervous and reallly dont want my number to be high cause that'd be embarassssing.

So what are good diet tips maybe some excersizes (i run 5/6 days a week) to decrease my body fat %

okay so i LOVE the 800m. its like my favorite race!!

i'm a freshman girl (15) and i run xc, winter track and spring track.

my first 800 i ran a 2:48 and i've gotten it down to a 2:32 between the two track seasons. i also run the 400. i usually get 68 but i've gotten a bunch of 67s

my school record is 2:15 (like 67 & 68 splits) and i reallllly wanna break it and get like 2:13 or something. but when i told my dad he just scoffed and said it was basically impossible.

truthfully, is this just a pipe dream?
