I have a project due in several days, and I would like to incorporate .gif files to enhance it. What websites and/or programs accept .gif files? I want it to look fairly professional and have some way to progress through it, rather than having one large, poster-like page.

Also, I have WIndows 7, Movie Maker, Hypercam, and the full Adobe CS6 software along with some other lesser-known brands. I'd appreciate an answer as soon as possible!

I'm an amateur artist and I'd like to enter in the field of graphic design. I've done most of my work on paper and scanned it but the results often fall short of the standard I'm trying to achieve. I worked a little with Paint for Windows 7 and my Bamboo writing tablet, but I hav a detailed drawing and it was slow going because my scanner didn't do a great job. What is the easiest way to edit or create pictures on the computer? I don't have Photoshop but I've heard that was pretty good. Please help there are so many different programs to choose from!!
