I can speak English (native language), Mandarin chinese (speak it at home), and Spanish (pretty proficiently). I would like to learn another language and am currently choosing between french and italian. French is more useful and more widely spoken. However, I kind of like Italian culture (especially art and music) better and it seems very similar to spanish, so it might be easier. Which should I choose? At this point, I've learn the top three languages in the world.

Who is better looking?

At my university, I would say 50% of more of the gay men are considered attractive (merely the face, nothing else). In my opinion, this is much higher than the percentage of attractive straight men at my school (around 25% of straight men). These numbers are just estimates, but it IS clear that a higher percentage of gay men are attractive. Do you notice that gay men tend to have more attractive faces than straight men?

According to the second law of thermodynamics, entropy is always increasing in a system. Reactions tend to be spontaneous when the product molecules are less ordered than the reactant molecules.. However, I have also heard that reactions tend to go toward a more stable state. Can anyone link the two ideas?

I had ordered some software from a site that was supposed to be shipped to the school... However, on the shipping address, I had messed up the shipping address (I put my residence hall but in the town where I used to live, not the town of the college)... I contacted the shipping company but there was nothign they can do. I looked on usps.com and it said it was already delivered to my town on september 6... What should I do?

When I start up my computer, my antivirus program (Nod32) pops up. However, after that, I am unable to select anything and my computer is unable to respond to any commands. My mouse is able to move around, but everything else is frozen!
