If they say something was detonated does that mean that the object was explosive to begin with? I live in Boston and so far today 2 suspicious bags have been 'detonated' and I was just wondering if that just means that the bags are clear and all is safe or if there actually were explosives in them. Let me know!

That is the question. I don't really get what it is asking for as there aren't any details with dimensions and loads and everything. Maybe I am looking wayyy too much into this? Any advice?

I currently live in a very expensive city alone. A very good friend of mine may have a job opportunity here and would like a roommate if he takes it. I am a girl, he is clearly a guy. I am good friends with him and think we could make great roommates in a nice 2 bedroom which would be cheaper for both of us. I am just concerned because he just recently started dating a really nice girl and I don't want to step on any toes. Nothing has happened between he and I besides a drunken make out a while back but in the recent past we have drunkenly snuggled and fallen asleep together both in beds and on couches (since he has been dating his new gf) I would love to have a roommate and I think the two of us would have a GREAT time I just don't want to cross any boundaries and I know if I was his GF I might not like this plan. Idk if she know that snuggled or not. buttttttt either way, I would not do that again. So, should I consider moving in with him or not? I have gotten used to living alone and we don't know for sure if he has the job yet so it may be a non-issue. Opinions are greatly appreciated.

I was raised a Catholic (although never believed in that personally) and I was wondering if giving something up or, promising good acts was something only Catholics did or is is something all Christians do. If so, what are some things you guys do?

So I was sexually abused as a child growing up. It greatly affected my life obviously and while now I'd like to think I am fine I know there are some things that still (and probably always will) affect me from it. When do I tell the person I am dating about these past issues? It isn't something I like to talk about but I feel like if I am dating someone they have the right to know.

So, I have always had a hard time relaxing and falling asleep since I was little. I used to only sleep maybe four hours a night maximum. I began having a glass of wine every so often about a year or two ago and when I did, I was able to fall asleep earlier! It wasn't every night then. Now however it has escalated to not just one glass a night but multiple. I am worried that this is not healthy. In the last week I have finished five 1.5 liter bottles and three .75 liter bottles (aka 9.75 liters of wine). I am usually having it alone but not every night. Is this too much? Or is it okay because it does help me sleep? I am nervous because there is history of alcoholism in my family and I do not want to become one of those people!

I recently ended a 2 year relationship. It was a mutual break up and probably the most friendly break up ever. It just wasn't working anymore so some reason we aren't really sure. Anyways, the relationship ended only 3 weeks ago and I got asked out on a date next weekend. Is a month enough time to wait before dating again? I am interesting in this guy but at the same time I still have feelings for my ex. We still text and stuff so I don't want to be unfair to this guy who asked me out. What do you think? Should I go on the date and see or should I say no?

I need help getting some AutoCAD drawings done! I have not used cad in over 5 years and have no clue what I am doing and I don't have time to figure it out at this very moment. Anyone willing to help me trace some pdf drawings onto cad?

My external hard drive wasn't working at my schools computers today and now it isn't working on mine! When I plug it in nothing shows up? It has all my work on it from my undergrad up until yesterday (grad school now) and I need that stuff!!! Any ideas on what to do? It's an hp external if that helps at all.

I got a terrible sunburn this summer when I used a new brand of sunscreen. Unfortunately my entire body ended up looking like bubble wrap except for my chest which was basically just open bleeding wounds. I know, gross. Anyways, it is healed but my chest looks as though it will end up being all full of scars which I really don't want. Any suggestions on what works best to get help scars?

I live in a very old apartment so I know the windows/doors do not seal properly. However the last few days I have gotten so many flies! I chased a bunch around with hair spray because then their wings stick and cant fly away from me lol but after killing 4 that way 6 more showed up today! I keep my place very clean, trust me, I am OCD when it comes to that stuff. Any ideas/tips on how to get rid of these nasty things?

I was trying to look this information up and haven't had much luck. I figure that is a good thing because I was forced against my will to get confirmed in the catholic church when I was 16. I was told I would get kicked out of my house if I didn't comply. Now that I am 23 and have been living on my own for a while that no longer matters. However, if there are records of my confirmation and even my baptism I want them gone!!!! If the records do exist, is there a way to get rid of this so that my name will never ever be connected with the catholic church?
