My motherboard (gigabyte 8gem800) intel 845 chipset's usb ports doesn't work. Both the front panel and back. I tried flashing and updating bios but without effect. I know its not windows problem cause even hiren book disk cant detect any usb devices. Help please.

Im assembling an old pc i found lying around. Its an intel 845 chipset with P-4 2.4 processor and 1gb ddr1 ram. Problem is, the usb ports on the motherboard doesn't work, both back and front panel. I tried flashing and updating bios but without any effect. Windows doesn't show any problem in device manager. Even the usb boot bios feature doesn't work so i can tell its not my windows....help?

Im assembling an old pc i found in the basement.

I need to make my line in jack (blue) to function as line out (green) as my line out jack isn't working. My sound driver (Realtek Ac97) doesn't come with options to change it . Is there any way i can change it from registry or downloading software? My config is:

1gd ddr ram

Gigabyte Intel 845 motherboard.

Realtec Ac97 sound onboard.

(This is gonna sound stupid to the tech heads)....i have a pcie 2.0 graphic card, my motherboard has a Nvidia Nforce 405 chipset, Geforce 6100...the motherboard is a crappy GA-m61sme-s2. Some guy told me my motherboard cannot handle pcie 2.0 cards and im not getting max performance from my card...umm...is this true?

What's the main advantage? Does a 64bit performs faster? has more features? or it's 64bit cause it comes with a 64bit os?

I have a friend who is a hindu from north india, he never takes bath and stinks like crazy. When i asked he said his religion forbid bathing...is this true? Is there any variation of the hindu religion that does this? Cause it really sucked.
