The Saints Row

I got Final Fantasy 9 recently (ps1) and when I put in the first disk the game will load like normal (screen goes black processing game) but instead of starting up it will just return to the browser screen, it doesn't do this for any other game, ps1 or 2.

I had a dream where I had a pet bat in which I loved (I hate bats in real life) it was nice and very sweet. I treated it pretty much like my real life bird. I even read it the divine comedy which is something I've been reading to the bird (sounds weird but you read to a new bird so it can get used to your voice) The bat died when I wasn't there and I committed suicide.

I'm considering getting a Parakeet, this would be my first bird pet and I wanted to know what to expect, any tips? and should I get it's wings clipped, I'm planning on getting it's wings clipped only once (the time I get it) so it could get used to the house and be easier to train, not seeing doing it again after that.

I woke up in the middle of the night screaming as loud as I could, my foot and lower leg were in horrible pain, waited a couple minutes and the pain went away so I just assumed it was a bad cramp and went back to sleep but when I got up I could barely walk, and now the back of my foot directly above the heel is in bad shape, I guessed it was Achilles tendonitis but I'm a nerd, I never play sports and I spend most of my free time reading so don't get a lot of physical activity, any ideas? and is there a way to fix this without seeing a doctor?

whenever I play a game on steam and I need to use the F keys they do the regular computer options like changing brightness instead of the in game function how do I fix this? My computer is a toshiba, Windows 10

I already own the most recent game Enemy Within but I want to try the original games, whats the best one to start out with

I`m asking because even though I already have them I can`t mod the console version and their are a lot of mods I want to try

I have recently become interested in strategy games and I wanted to know what are some good. cheap games (btw I do own a couple strategy games already like Civ 5, Civ revolution, star wars empire at war and city of gangsters)

the wound has already began too close and he did not clean the wound after he got bit, he is over 50 (he`s 56) and has diabetes he would go to the hospital but the clinic we go to is closed on Sundays (the day I`m writing this) and we are somewhat poor so we can`t go to the ER and he has no insurance (how bad will it get without a extra day of treatment?) btw he have put some antibiotic cream on his wound around 15 min ago

you see i`m never scared by horror games I can pretty much see the scare before it happens, I want to be scared by horror games and I`ve even tried some of the acclaimed horror games like F.E.A.R and at most I was creeped out, so is their some way to improve the scare factor of a game? t
