Maybe 4? months ago I knocked my head pretty good on the corner of my TV. I was bending down to get something and stood up real quickly and hit it. It cut my scalp open maybe 2 inches but very shallow there was minimal blood. I think I may have had a minor concussion, but I didn't seek medical treatment so I'm not sure. But, today I still have the hard lump in that spot. It doesn't hurt at all. Is this something that happens often? And what is it exactly? Thank you!

If one of your employees complains to you about another employee, how would you handle it?

I was feeding my cat crap store brand kibble but decided to start feeding her some higher quality food. She was also pretty fat, about 16lbs, so I was looking for weight management types. I've tried California Natural and Innova (both were weight loss formulas). She did like them and lost about 3lbs but she got the runs from both and seems like she doesn't feel well :( I did switch her on to them gradually so I don't think it's from the change. I have her back on store brand food and she seems better. I found that both California Natural and Innova are made by Natura, so maybe it's just that company that doesn't work for her well? Anyway, any suggestions on a good brand to try?

For a long time, maybe 2 years I've had a problem with dry flaky skin around my nose, on the sides and right below each nostril. It looks nasty and is sore. :( I've tried not putting anything on my face for about a month and nothing changed. Now, I moisturize it several times a day, which helps but within a few hours it's flaky again. Vaseline doesn't seem to help either...

Any ideas?

I've been a caregiver at my job for 3 years now and the assistant manager position is open in my house. I'd like to apply for it and they want me to write a letter of intent. I've never written one before, what should I include in it? What I can do and my qualifications.... why I'd be a good choice....? Any tips?

I'll be either 21 or 22 (not sure of the exact date of my trip, it's right around my birthday) and it'll be the first time I rent a car. I was thinking booking it on orbitz but I'm not sure yet. Somebody mentioned to me I might have to put a couple hundred dollars cash deposit down? Is this true even if I pay with a debit or credit card?

It snows where I live and though they do plow the roads it still isn't safe to drive without chains/studded tires most of the time. I'd like a 4x4 or awd smallish suv or crossover (or even car?) that would be okay on gas. Any suggestions?

I want to change the rear air suspension to coils because it's giving me a lot of problems and I don't want to deal with it. I've seen kits for it that include coils and shocks and some that just have coils. Does it matter which I do or do I HAVE to put in shocks? Thanks.

I got a thing from my vet saying my cat was due for this. This is my first pet that is actually MINE so I'm not real experienced with any of this. What do they usually do at these? I need an idea of how much money I need to come up with. My cat is a fatty fat...she's about 16lbs but I don't feel like I feed her a whole lot so I was thinking maybe she has a thyroid issue, is that common?

So I live in a small town in the foothills and there's a lot of wildlife. Recently we've had problems with raccoons actually trying to get into the house, eating the cat food, getting into the trash, etc. We don't leave the food or trash out now but I'm afraid they're going to hurt my cats or dogs while they're out. What would be the best way to keep them away from my house without killing/hurting them? I'm considering getting a humane trap and relocating them, how far away do they need to go?

I've been on Lexapro a little over a week and several times I've felt like I've had a hair or something tickling me in different spots, like all day but there was nothing there. Also like I have icy hot or something on my neck and on the back of my head under my hair. Weird stuff. Is that common?
