Help! Been in the process of purchasing a small business for going on 3 years. Business is owned by work related acquaintances but they seem to stall every 3-6 months. Valuation for the business came in a lot lower then their asking price but we are still willing to pay more. Would love a chance to sit down with them again to go over the numbers and make a deal but they have gone MIA again. We can’t seem to get them to commit to a day/time to discuss. They always have the we are so busy excuse, but we still want to sell to you and get together. I need assistance on how to get them to stop stalling and sell to us. Are there any programs that could help with both mortgages? I am current on both. My primary residence is financed at 5.65% for 30-years with under 28 years left... and I have a rental property that used to be my primary residence that is financed at 6.25% with under 25 years left. I am TTC, and stopped Ortho Evra in hopes to conceive. I have a programmable thermostat, and I am not sure if I should utilze the program option? I have been just keeping the temperature at 66 degrees 24-hours a day. My house is 4500 sq. feet. And I have a zone in the basement, a zone on the 1st floor, and a zone on the 2nd floor. I want to get the most out of the propane, and not sure if it is more efficient to lower the temp when were are not there, if so, how low? and then have it heat back up when we are due home. Or simply keep it on a low temp all the time. I ask this because the house is large, and it actually seems to take longer to heat back up if using the program, so I automatically think more propane is being used...
