We've had internet access at my job for just over a year. Now the home office is taking the computer I work on back. Will they be able to see all the websites I've visited; I've played A LOTTA online games while at work and could potentially be reprimanded

This started a couple days ago. My pop-up blocker is on and they still get through. My system has been running slow and acting real weird. Is there any way to fix this problem without taking it to a PC tech?

I'm in the 3rd year of my franchise. My drafted players aren't progressing. The first set of players that I drafted are doing fine, progressing normally. It's the 2nd year draft picks that I'm having this problem with. They do show progression on the depth chart but not on the "View Rosters" or "Player Progression" screen.
