lets say i will be an airline pilot in the next 5-10 years. what would be the best rating for me to get?

Professional Flight Training in Ft. Lauderdale Florida. I have read a lot on them and every seems good, but, then again, every flight school seems good...

i plan on going to college and majoring in business or whatever i decide, and then i would move down to florida and attend PFT.

does this sound like a good plan?

do any of you have any experience with PFT?

If the get hired by Delta or American airlines, will they be trained in water survival?

And is Miami Dade College a good school to go to after high school?

i have read a lot on how to become an airline pilot, and their daily life. All the reviews i read make it seem like getting a pilot position is impossible.

is becoming a successful pilot really that hard?

and can i go to college then join the air force as an officer to become a pilot? (not ROTC)

plan 1) join air force after high school and become a loadmaster for 4 years. I would go for a pilot position when eligible. Id be a pilot for a while, then id try to land a job with Delta or American airlines.

plan 2) go to college and get into a pilot program. Go to flight school and start getting my experience and flight hours from the bottom. I would get a job with a much smaller airline and after years of that id go for Delta or American.

which one sounds better?

I want to be a pilot, so i was thinking about becoming apart of the flight support crew. I would enlist and go to college after the navy.

i have a 3.3 GPA, so thats not good enough for ROTC

i got a 25 on the ACT and thats still not good for ROTC

so does my plan sound good?
