summers coming up, Im not fat just wanna lose a bit of stomach fat

my planned diet is:

Breakfast - Porridge with a little bit of natural honey with semi skimmed milk (cant control the milk as family gets semi skimmed)

Lunch - fresh ham and salad sandwich (using wholemeal bread) and an apple

Dinner - porridge and the egg whites from 2 boiled eggs

Also drinking loads of water and snacking on fruit

plus taking a vitamin c suppliment

I also walk 2 miles at a pace of 3 mph everday

My height is 5'7 and I weigh 12 stone

will this help me lose weight?

This is my first time booking a holiday (parents did it in the past). Me nd a couple of mates wanna go napa in August 2012. Thing is, I have no idea what websites to use, what hotel to get, what flight to get, if us lot qualify for discounts ect. Someone rougly my age or older (im 18 in september) whos been napa, tell me what to do. Cheers people

Im agnostic, Im not sure what I believe.

The thing that bothers me is that there are so many religions and most focus on a sort of god and they have similarities. How can you just choose a religion, say if i decided to become a muslim and follow their teachings but end up going to 'hell' for not following the teachings of the 'correct' religion. What are your views?

Ive been reducing my calorie intake for the past week by about 500 calories a day

I used to eat 1800 but now im eating 1300.

And I walk 2.4 miles monday to friday at 3.5mph.

Ive also cut out, crisps, fried foods, sweets, chocolate, ice cream, white bread and I dont add extra salt to things or sugar. And the only thing I ever drink is water. I chew my food well and i eat at 8am, 10.30am, 12.45pm, 2.30pm, 5pm and then 7.30pm. Ive been doing this for one week.

I weigh 170 pounds and im 5 foot 9.5 inches

How much weight will I lose if keep this up for a month (I plan to stick with it for quite a while, then lessen the restrictions but still keep a balanced diet).

My mum is on benefits and can't get a job as she has 5 kids, me, my 2 sisters and my other two brothers. She split up with my step dad (he's the real dad of the other 4 though) and he promised to pay some bills from the other house. But obviously he didn't pay some of them and one he swore blindly that he payed was the water bill. But now because he has become bankrupt, the bill has been passed on to my Mum. There is no way shell be able to pay £1000 aswell as provide for 5 kids when shes on benefits :( Is there any way she could sort this out or get some help?

my best mate was diagnosed with cancer

he has it in three places, somewhere in his back, chest and testicles. hes gone for chemo today.

I heard that music that doesnt praise god in any way is sinful and the music i listen to (rnb clubland and chart music) doesnt praise god. some songs mention god and some dont. But the messages in the songs i listen to dont mention anything about taking drugs having sex ect. They mostly sing about being happy, falling in love ( nothing sexual ) and just stuff in life. Does this still mean that the music is sinful even though they have good messages?

whenever i type something into google, nothing will appear on the page

like ill type youtube and then the loading thing will say done, but the screen stays blank and the google search bar can only be seen. to get to a website i need to type it in the address bar. help pleez

I heard in the news today, that 55,000 people now have th flu.

and in the winter it will cause 65,000 deaths.

Is it just me, or is this just a scare tactic. I mean at least 45,000 people in the uk die from the normal flu every year. Theyre just putting the swine flu deaths up on our screens just to scare us so that we will buy crappy products. I bet that a healthy 6 year old died from the normal flu in the past month. Did we know about it? NO

My cousin who lives in sloguh knows a lot of famous footballers. I cant remeber which one this was but heres the story my cousin told. It's true btw

The footballer was with his wife and they were going out for doing as it was their anniversary. They left their baby with a babysitter and went out for a meal. At home, the babysitter kept going upstairs beacuse the baby kept crying and pointing towards the corner. After this happened a few more times, the babysitter called up the footballer and told him his daughter kept pointing at the toy clown in the corner. The footballer replied, what clown, we dont have one. The footballer then said get out of the ******* house now, call the police. When the police arrived at the house the clown was in fact a man trying to abduct the baby. similiar incidents happened around the same area.
