I have an hp computer. It's new. I just got it this christmas. I have norton antivirus so I'm pretty sure its not a virus but I'm not ruling it out. I'm not a computer genius so bare with me. I went looking for the problem because I can't open my webcam. It's gives me a message stating "it couldnt open open HP media smart" and it lists reasons like my VGA driver needs an update, etc. I went to look at my drivers and theres apparently a problem with my Intel(R) HD Graphics driver.

The general thing is:

"Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"

It claims its up to date though. What can I do? I don't care what it is. If I have to lose everything I don't care, theres not a lot on the computer. Thanks so much!

Okay tomorrow is a month for my boyfriend and I, which I know alot of you don't care or consider this an accomplishment but I'm corny and give cards jus cause its Wednesday.
