I had a job interview yesterday for a supervisory position and I was asked a question that I've never heard before. Just curious on what your take is on how this should be answered and what the interviewer was trying to find out about the question.

"What is the most important thing to know about your coworkers."

It took me off guard, but I responded that their strengths and weaknesses were the most important thing to know and went on from their about how they play into teamwork etc.

Does anyone know of a Regionally Accredited school that has either a Certificate, Associates, Bachelor's or Master's program in Private Security Management? Most of the degrees that I've seen include classes that I'm really not interested in and are too Law Enforcement based instead of Security. I would like the degree plan to include classes on security survey's etc. The best one I've found so far is Penn Foster's Criminal Justice degree with a focus on Security but it's not a Regionally Accredited school on National Accredidation.

I already have an Associates and Bachelors I'm just looking to learn this skill to help me in my career and want to be able to put an additional degree on my resume.

My speaker on my iphone 4s went out at the beginning of the month, can't use it to do voice calls on speaker and no sound on apps or ringing or anything. About a week later I dropped it and spiderwebbed the screen. How much will this cost to get repaired? I don't have apple care or anything :(

What are the regulations on Private Security Officers handcuffing suspects. I know that SO's only have the authority to make a citizens arrest which is if the suspect commits a felony. Correct? Are there special regulations that allow for loss prevention personnel to detain suspects? I've read that in some places that a LP officer can detain if they see someone shoplifting, does this include seeing it from camera or only in person. Thanks!

I had phone interview on Wednesday and the interviewer said he would be sending me the official application to fill out via email to move on to the next round. He said that I should receive it by COB yesterday but I haven't received anything. I appears as if he just forgot, all I received was an email with his full contact information, cell, Office, email etc. How do I politely ask him about the application without sounding rude.

I'm look for a retail storefront and some of the listings that I'm seeing are saying $16/sq ft. That's the annual cost right? there's no way that could be the monthly lease rate right?

In my college class I was told to write a research essay between 10-12 pages in APA style. I was wondering if the 10+ pages included the cover page and works cited page etc or should it actually be 10 written pages PLUS the cover page etc.

It's due today and didn't realize there was a page limit until today so it's too late to ask my professor.

I'm trying to figure out which tablet to buy and not sure which one will meet my needs

I'm looking for a tablet primarily for websurfing on a wifi network. I'm in college and most of my textbooks are ebooks and online only but in many different formats pdf, kindle, websites etc, the list goes on and on. I NEED flash capabilities because one of the websites i will need to use requires it. I would also really like USB ports to use storage devices and possibly a keyboard and an word processing program I could potentially use. I was looking at the IPAD but it doesn't support flash and it's EXPENSIVE so I was hoping to find a different tablet that's a little cheaper.

I was thinking maybe the new Kindle Fire?

The college I'm attending is refusing to pay out any money for Pell Grant. According to FAFSA I have an EFC of 0000, so I qualify for the full amount since I am an independent student with a dependent. My employer however pays the entire cost of tuition, and the college is refusing to pay this out because of that. I need the money from the Pell Grant to pay for my textbooks, otherwise I'm going to have to drop out because I can't afford $800 worth of textbooks.. So my question is, can the college decide they aren't going to pay out this money?

in the US is there anything to protect women from getting fired for taking pregnancy leave when a child is born. I started my job in October and am due in April so I won't qualify for FMLA since I won't have been there a year and I will only have accrued 2 weeks of leave by that point.

So my mom and dad have been divorced for 3 years because my dad cheated on my mom (obviously there are feelings there from each of my siblings and my mother). The woman he cheated with left him not too long after the divorce and he soon got a new girlfriend that he's been with almost 2 years. I didn't mean her until last June and she seems nice enough and my dad seems to like her but here's my issue. This woman doesn't seem to know her place. She's requested to be friends with me and my 3 siblings on facebook (no issues with that) but then "likes" almost every status that any of us put up and comments on status about "family" things i.e. "I miss my family" and she responds with "Your dad and I miss you too". She's insisting on having family events at her house such as my sister came home for a visit (she lives out of state about 1500 mi away) and the family get-together was held there. These events my mother is also invited and it's not like she cannot go or else she wouldn't get to spend any time with her daughter... She also wants to pose for pictures with my dad and the group of us kids. Anyway this is making all of us uncomfortable how do we approach my dad about how we feel about his girlfriends behavior.

All the kids are adults now we're 19, 25, 28, 31... and not really sure how to approach this.

I have an Epson CX8400 All in one that was just given to me. Problem is the black ink won't print at all. I went out and bought all brand new cartridges, all the other colors will print but no black... I've tried cleaning the print heads several times and still no black ink. Anything else you can think of to try?

I submitted a job application a few days ago at a company who typically does immediate interviews, it just so happened that the manager that I needed to talk to had just left, actually while I was there filling out the application. The receptionist wasn't sure who would need to interview me so she went to talk to the other manager who was there he came out and said that the other manager needed to interview me because I would be working under her, but my qualifications were very good and they did have a several positions open and as soon as I interviewed with her we could figure out a start date. So it's been three days and I haven't heard from the company to set up an interview. I REALLY REALLY need a job, I haven't been working since June and all my savings account is pretty much drained. How long should I wait before I contact them about setting up an interview?
