  • how do i get skinnier?

    ok so when i was little i used to be very skinny bony even. now i am 14 and last time i checked i was 5'6" and i weighed like 180 last time i checked. I know i am taller now at least 5'7". i don't eat often ,but when i do eat i eat like a little more than a good amount of food. i don't excercise. so what should i do?
