Ok now I am going to ask you seriously, have you ever seen a ghost/spirit and what did you do? I usually ignore this kind of thing but this one won't leave me alone. I have not had any sightings in my house but mainly because I have claimed the house as my own and have forbade any unwelcome energy to enter. But this particular spirit showed up about two weeks ago when I was watching a neighbor tear down the house next to his. During the demo I saw the spirit watching the action along with several 'real' bystanders. I looked around to see if anyone else noticed him but no one else did. I ignored it like I usually do. However on several different occasion I have seen him again. How do I stop seeing him? Anyone else out there have the same problem?

I am so sick and tired of people out there asking for money from the government due to a nursing shortage. This is a false fact. There may be a nursing shortage, but only in the eyes of those who are not in the nursing field. I am a new RN grad and I can't find a job anywhere. Every facility wants at least 18 months of experience...this includes nursing homes and travel nursing jobs. Sure there are ads for new grads but when you sift through all the crap and get down to the real website they tell you that due to the overwhelming response they have filled all thier rn posts. I have tried EVERYWHERE! Nursing homes, home healthcare, hospitals, travel companies, even MR/DD facilities! Am I alone or has any other new grads RN found jobs out there?
