  • Instead of locking up a coccain dealer why not tax them?

When we lock up someone for dealing in drugs, we the people have to take care of them, only for them to get out and do the same thing. Instead, the police know who they are, tax them. They probably make more money than most banks.

  • Canned Water In Plastic Shrinks. Why?

I washed out plastic milk gallon jugs starting about 2 years ago. Boiled Water, poured the water in the milk gallons. Put a piece of clear plastic between over the top, then screwed the top on. Some were placed in the house. Others outside on styraphone on the back porch. I covered them with Styrophome. I noticed several gallons have shrunk. Not leaking. But very tight as though the air had been sucked out of them. Why is this? Could it have been the heat? Cold? Those in the house are fine. Curious.

  • Why is it so hard for us to unite?

America is in trouble yet we call ourselves The UNITED States of America. We are fighting 3 wars that I know of. Yet we don't get along in the foxholes. There's no unity here. And why not? Not because of all the races. Our shores have always been opened to other nationalities yet we complain when they come. I'm not writing about Arizona and their problems. I'm writing in general. Why can't we UNITE like our name implys?

  • Why war? Why we fight?

Man has fought since the beginning of time. Why? What is in his genes to make him want to fight? Even if nothing is going wrong or happening, there is always that one that loves to start trouble. Why? Why does one want to rule all? And I"m not talking about one race. This also has gone on since the beginning of time. One man wants to rule the world. Why? Hell, it's hard enough running your own home. Give me a good reply. Whether it be religious, racial, scientific or what have you. I am curious.

  • Security Guards and weapons.?

In a lot of places there are Security Guards. Only a few carry weapons. Why? All people in law enforcement should be trained in either Marshal Arts, Mace, Pepper Spray, Gun something. If not they are used as Pawns a expendable person. Is this fair? Should all Security Guards wear guns?

  • Is there a statute of limitations on oweing a student loan?

I had and was paying on a student loan, balance in 1993 $10,000. My husband, then the sole breadwinner, died. Up until he died, my Student was paid on time all the time. In 2010 at 64 I get less money. Since 1994 I"ve been called many times, sometime more than once in a week. Like this week I've been called 2 times, to pay on a now $31,000 debt. I live on $940 a month Social Security that's it. Rent $500, utilities which are water and electric $400 a month. I can't afford to pay $250 a month they are asking or I'll be on the street. I am dissabled but don't have $35 to pay my doctor to get the dissability papers filled out. What can I do? I really can't afford a garnish of my income.

  • News Commentators and News Casters Personal Points of view?

Years ago the news media, would present the news as it was. Now they add their comments. Which slants any issue. Why not broadcast the news as it is? Without giving personal view points? When a popular newscaster gives his/her personal points of view it sways the views of the viewer / audience. Which is not fair. The Meteorologist is the only one who should give personal views.
