I'm looking for clips or dialouge where the characters are talking about the idea of living for and having a greater purpose in life....

The idea of lving for something more than just the mundane...

Need a movie clip.. not just an audio

This is a follow-up to my original question...

But in Matthew 28:19-20... the command to the 12 disciples was to make disciples and 'teach them to obey everything I've commanded you'

So everyone who is a believer/ disciple of Christ is to OBEY everything that Christ taught the original 12...

Part of my question is to see why some of you see discipleship as a gifting- when it is not- it is something we are commanded to do... whatever I might be gifted at...

The differences with the gifts may mean a different scope or range of people I may be able to disciple-

It does not mean I am absolved from doing it...

The last thing Christ said was in Matthew 28:19-20

Go.... make disciples of all nations....

Do you think people should give their tithes to an organization where they will use it to build a building or so that a minister can live off of the money and support their family so they can keep ministering to people spiritually??

Does anyone know the status of their offense line in the ATL?? How did Dunn and Norwood do?

I've been working at the same company for 2 years now.

I have an excellent record and since being the safety committee leader for our company- we have gone just over a year without any recordable injuries...

At the time you were really stinking angry with them for what they did- but now you realize that you really, really appreciate them because they were doing it for you....

Is it possible to be an OBEDIENT Christian and not read your bible?

Nothing too tough... is there something simple but nice....?

I grew up going to church since I was 6...

It seems in church they always preach getting saved but no one ever told me about what things I needed to do in order to GROW in my relationship with God once I DID make that decision.

Why don't they ever talk about this stuff in church?!

It really makes me angry and frustrated because I floundered for so long because they would never talk about things that would help me AFTER I made that decision...

If Truth is truth- then how can my feelings about it affect it being true or not...

Truth by definition stands on its own- regardless of how I feel about it....

I'm been playing baseball since highschool and play pretty frequently now.... but I'm trying to pick up golf. I'm having swinging mechanics issues because I'm using my baseball swing when I'm driving the golf balls and it always ends up with a SEVERE right hand slice... help?!?

By the way... Matt 28:19-20 is where Christ commands it too...
