I just found out my son is taking energy chews. I don't know anything about them. What is the good and bad?

I would like to change one thing each week to make it a habit. I have cereal for breakfast, soup or salad for lunch, and supper is what every my husband makes. My snacks are apple and peanut butter, grapes and string cheese, popcorn, or oatmeal. Any suggestions to better my diet?

At Christmas I said something that upset my sister. She did not say anything at the time and I really did not even know I upset her. I call her every weekend and when I called she said that is was very mean of me to say what I said and that I am no longer her sister and she hung up on me before I could even say anything. I would have said I was sorry I had upset her. It makes me mad that she did not let me talk. What should I do now? Is it up to me to make contact with her or do I wait until she does?

Want to keep medical open but have heard that they will always say it is a new injury and workmans comp. won't pay it anyway. We will get a cash settlement too, but going this route takes a lot longer than just taking a cash settlement only.
