Internet limited or no connectivity?

Okay so about 8pm last night my internet went from good, to limited or no connectivity. Since then it has stayed in the same state. I own 3 different computers, 1 is a laptop

vista, and the others are Vista desktops. My network is belkin and I have used that for many years bt is seems that since 8 pm no computers can connect to it. I use a wireless adapter for one desktop and the other desktop is connect to the router directly. These 3 computers have been working fine for a long time but I dont know what triggered the internet to say limited or no connectivity. The other network near by is linksys, and so far all the computers can connect to that and work fine without the "limited or no connectivity" statement.

Even thought I can connect to this network, the internet connection isnt that great and has about 2-3 bars while my belkin has 5 bars with excellent signal.

What I wanna know is what steps can I take to fix my belkin from saying "limited or no connectivity"?

Note: Ive already tried the following steps:

Restarting the modem/router/CPU

Copying and pasting the CMD.

Can you at least give me 5 opitions on what I should do to solve this problem. I really need my internet back A.S.A.P.

I bet your reading the question and thinking im a moron. Well im not, I think Triple H is better than Mysterio but from this link on the WWe DVD for the top 50 superstars it says that Rey Mysterio is ranked higher than Triple H.

Trying to break a record.

Im not even trolling right now, just saying that Cena can own the rock in the time fram e we are currently in. The rock was in his prime 10 years ago and look at him now. The rock left in 2003, the same years Cena's career elevated. Now in 2011 you expect a legend that hasnt trained for 7 years to beat a 9 time world champion named John Cena?
