I turned 18 yesterday and I want to create a Paypal account but it won't let me. It says 'You must be at least 18 years old to sign up to Paypal' but I am. I've double checked all of the details and they are correct and there isn't an issue with time zones or anything. Can someone please explain? Thanks!

I don't play them myself but I have a brother that does. He plays Black Ops I think and he gets really mad while playing it and curses and calls other player 'pieces of sh*t' etc. I was justing wondering if anyone else reacts like this? Thanks

I'm having my hair cut tomorrow and I don't know whether to get layers or not :( I want my hair to look thicker. I've been told that layers do that but I've also heard that layers make it thinner? Is this true? Or does it depend on the length of layers you get? I have long hair btw.

I am 15 and recently I have noticed that there are fine, dark hairs on my stomach and lower back. They weren't there a few months ago! I think it may be something to do with my period, I only started a few months ago. Why is it there and is it natural? Also does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of it?

Ok for the past few days I have had water in my right ear. I think it started after I had a shower. I had not been swimming and my ear isn't hurting, I just can't hear out of it and I am constantly hearing this high pitch buzzing noise! Does anyone have any home treatments?

Tapping the outside of my ear while leaning to one side

Any suggestions?
