Episode 1 of the new season of American Dad had the song Daddy's Gone with Steve and Rodger singing and even is selling it on itunes. I want to know who is actually singing the song. Can someone find this out please.

What can legally be done since my apartment is connected to another one that shares the same breaker. They only pay 1/3 of the bill.

My entire Living Room and Dining Room are connected to their ENTIRE apartment!! I don't know what to do. It is driving me crazy. If they use too much they end up popping the breaker, my TV, Computer, Laptop, Internet, Cable, PS3, and phone go out because of them.

A friend of mine is an apartment manager where I live in California and has been sick for a while. Blood Transfusions, shots, entire bottom belly bruised and more.

She has 3 kids who live with her 15, 17, and a disabled 19 year old.

The Landlord has her cleaning the complex, managing 3-4 other complexes and deals with Housing Authority.

The Landlord gave her free rent for 2 apartments that are connected but she still has to pay bills like school for the kids, food, PG&E and Cable and Internet.

Today she came upstairs while I was heading down and said that the Landlord paid her $18 for cleaning the complex. I mean come on, if that wasn't worse, she was in bed sick with bruises and he said get up and clean using a leaf blower which is heavy and worn on the back. She looked almost pale white, she is Hispanic.

He treats her like dirt and with her sickness it doesn't seem fair that she can't get a break. I can't believe that she is being treated like this. The landlord is a slum lord with almost 50 lawsuits against him just through people who have lived here. between bed bugs, faulty wiring in my apartment, bees and wasps in my apartment due to wrong sliding door and more, I want something done.

What can I do to help my friend. She doesn't want to lose her "job" and place but being retired, 50 and 3 kids dealing with her sickness, she needs help and refuses to ask. Please help her.
