1 AnswerBiology8 years agoWhat licenses do I need to start a clothing line?
I live in Boston, MA and I am trying to start a clothing line. I have a good concept in mind and I think it's a waste not to act on it, but I do not know any or a majority of the legal requirements. What licences and paperwork do I have to complete to be legally able to sell my clothing?
2 AnswersSmall Business8 years agoWhat's the dress code at the Top of the Hub in Boston?
A good lady friend of mine from Korea is visiting me and I'm taking her to the Top of the Hub for Sunday brunch. I was just wondering what the dress code was like there? I've already made reservations and even put in a request to be seated by the windows. I was planning on wearing a polo and jeans that day, but I find myself doubting my choice in clothing... suggestions? I also need to know so as to let her (my friend) know as well haha
2 AnswersBoston9 years agoI'm looking for short-term investments with $1,000, any suggestions?
So I've managed to save up $1,000 and just stashed it in my savings account. I'm interested in exploring ways in which I can invest it for some quick short-term gains (as long as the payout is worth my time). Not looking for a windfall (although a stroke of luck is welcomed) or anything like that, just want to learn a bit about investing. What are some possible ways I could invest it?
Investing9 years agoWhere can I get a HID light kit for a 2006 Jeep Liberty?
I'm looking to get a HID light kit for my 2006 Liberty. I want lights that are white or light blue and I'm looking to replace both the headlamps and the fog lamps. I've tried looking online but I haven't been able to find fog lamps that match the headlamps (I want them to be the exact same color). Where should I look?

I just bought a Moncler jacket off my friend (who claims he got it as a gift but it doesn't fit him) and the zipper is on the left side. Is that normal?
1 AnswerFashion & Accessories9 years agoWhich oceans are expected to have the greatest increase in acidity, the arctic or tropical oceans?
CO2 levels increase in the atmosphere, leading to more CO2 dissolving into seawater and combining with water to form carbonic acid, making the ocean more acid. Which oceans would you expect to have the greatest increase in acidity: the polar oceans or the tropical oceans? Why?
1 AnswerGeography9 years agois alcohol bad for dogs?
first off, I don't feed my dog alcohol, I'm not weird/sick like that. I own a little 10 pound maltese (pure breed) who turned 6 this year.
yesterday I cracked open a corona that began to overflow immediately and a good amount hit the carpet floor in my home. my dog came over, saw the spilled liquid on the floor and began licking away at it (I picked him up immediately and put him in my mom's arms so I could clean up without his interference).
so I'm wondering how bad alcohol is for dogs? I mean I'm pretty sure that a few licks of "floor-beer" won't do anything to my dog, but it got me curious haha
10 AnswersDogs10 years agoModern day Illuminati: real or hoax?
I can't necessarily say I buy into that. I just heard about them recently while kicking back with my buddies and I find it a rather fascinating subject to think about. I have reasons to both believe in their existence and also reasons to believe this may be a hoax. What do you Yahoo! Answers users think? A little explanation would be nice too, I want to hear some outside opinions on this matter.
2 AnswersPolls & Surveys10 years agoCan you take anabolic steroids for your own personal use?
Let it be known that I am NOT considering steroid use (I've been educated enough on it). Just wondering if you were allowed to take if if you do not participate in any sporting activities. Like, let's say I was looking to get more buff and muscular; can I take anabolic steroids to assist me with that?

5 AnswersBasketball1 decade agoWhat do you think about Blake Griffin?
Just want some opinions on him. This guy literally took the NBA by storm and he's been playing for less than a year right now (I'm not counting last season as his first season, considering he didn't play a single game).
What does the Yahoo! Answers community think of him? I think he's going to be a great player, have a splendid career, and probably be the next LeBron James. I wouldn't be surprised if Blake Griffin pulls the Clippers out of their misery like LeBron did for Cleveland and turn the Clippers into a top 5 team in the West within the next 3-5 years.
Also, what makes this guy so damn beastly?
8 AnswersBasketball1 decade agoHow can I fight a speeding ticket?
I got clocked at going 57 in a 40 zone, so now I'm hit with a $170 fine. I'm going to court tomorrow to fight this speeding ticket, and I was wondering what my defense should be? I'm really banking on the officer not showing up, but assuming that he does show up, what can I argue? If I could negotiate and get away with at least no points on my license and hopefully a lower fine, I'd be OK with that (although I'd prefer not to have to pay the fine at all.)
