Im very concerned of my breathing when im listening to music on my ipod so i normally only wear one side of my earphone so i dont start overreacting about how im breathing and my anxiety kicks in and i start feeling embarrassed and i panic, can anyone help me?

i have so many health problems, my anxiety is really bad, i feel so weak i cant even get out of bed also as i dont sleep normally anymore, i dont have friends that can help. I dont feel suicidal because well im smart. (no im not) but i just cant seem to get out of this, help me please anyone out there, im only 16 by the way, i know that it might take time to heal me but till then how can i be happy?
