2 AnswersLanguages7 years agoWhat is the taken by CIT(Appeals) for taking decision against I Tax Assessment order by AO?
I have filed my Indian Income Tax return for the Assessment Year 2007-08. AO issued assessment against our refund.Now appeals is pending with CIT(Appeals) since Jan 20/21, 2010 and there is no news. I have to receive refund more than 129,000. What is time limit for such hearing? I understand some files is now missing and hearing could not take place. Please advise
