I moved in this complex in May 04 & was given a kitten as a present a few months later. My lease says you have to pay a 200 pet deposit. I decided to move at the end of my lease in Nov. of 2005. My rental history was perfect but they said that I had an illegal pet. I never paid the deposit & they never asked. I eventually changed my mind and signed a new lease. They were fully aware that I still had a cat, but they never asked me to pay a pet deposit. Nov.06 I moved out of the complex and actually moved back in the complex into a new townhouse a few days later (there was a problem at the new property). Again they were aware when I signed the lease that I still had my cat. There was a note on my door today saying they recently had a property inspection and that per my lease I had to pay 200-300 by this Friday. The complex is owned by the same property, but has a new manager. Can they do this? They were aware that I had a pet when I signed 2 leases and they didn't ask me to pay a deposit

So my baby girl will be here in a few more weeks and we are trying to find a middle name for her. I got a lot of suggestions, but I think I came up with the perfect name. What do you think about

Ja'Niya Kelis Williams?

I need a middle name for my daugther. We have decided on Ja'Niya as a first name and her last name is Williams. We would like a middle name that begins with D, but I am open to other options. We've thought of Danielle and Dawnielle but I'm not too sold on either. Any suggestions?

It seems like some people are really nice, but some people are so rude!!! Why? Does it make you feel good to know that you can put someone down via the internet? How tough do you have to be to do that?

I have a friend who lies. These lies are starting to take a toll on our friendship. Examples:

1. He'll say the 1st thing that pops in his head even if it isn't the truth. (What did you have for lunch today? Him-Burger King. Me-Well why do you have a reciept for Taco Bell dated for today?)

After being caught, he still won't admit to his lie. He keeps defending it and eventually gets mad at you for something (why are you making a big deal)

2. He'll lie to get out of trouble.

(Me-Did you...?

Him-No

Me-Well why is...)

The thing is he can't keep up with his lies so the next day I'll ask the same question and he'll give a different answer. Then he'll get mad b/c I question him.

3. He says he said things he didn't say.

(I'll say are you hungry? He'll say I just TOLD YOU I already ate.) But in reality, he didn't say that at all.

4. His lies are usually really small, insignificant, and pointless. His mom and other friends know he lies but everyone just deals wit it.

I used to use gritsandeggs.com but it seems to be down and 3gforfree doesn't have any new or good ringers. I tried to buy ringers from sprint but all the ringers they had sucked!

I need to record a cd of me speaking. I have a microphone on my computer and a cd burner. Can I do this? If so, how? Do I need any special software, if so what?

My friend and I were having this discussion. The guy involved makes 11.55 an hour and works 40 hours a week (which is 462 a week before taxes), he sometimes works overtime. He lives with his parents and has no bills other than his car insurance ($100 a month) and his cell phone bill (roughly $50 a month). So he's making 1848 a month before taxes.

I don't know if her situation matters, but if so here it is.

The girl is still in school and has student loan money and she works part time (500 a month). She has about 1500 in bills (775 rent, 400 car note, 125 car insurance, 110 phone, 50 cable, 100 electricity).

Should he be asked to pay a percentage of his check or give a certain amount each month? If she puts him on child support, how much would he have to pay?

I go out to eat frequently. I'm typically a good tipper, 15-50%, depending on the situation and service. When I was younger, my mom taught me to tip 15%. As I have gotten older, I figure if I was tipping 15% then, it's only common sense that I tip better now. The problem is when I have really crappy service. Even when my service is bad I tip 15%, but sometimes you have service that is so terrible, you don't even want to leave that. The thing is, there is a stereotype that African-American people and young people don't leave good tips. I've even heard this from servers themselves or saw that I didn't get the same level of service because the server thought that I was not going to leave a nice tip (either because of my age or my ethnicity). If I don't tip, the server, it perpetuates the stigma that African-American's don't tip. If I do leave a tip, I am tipping them for horrid service. I would like to hear from servers. Do you ever think a bad tip was related to your service?

I am 27 weeks pregnant. I noticed my right eyelid has been twitching all day. Tonight my right bicept started to twitch. After that I noticed that the muscle underneath my left thigh started to twitch. They didn't hurt and they were both for a short period of time, but my eye has been twitching all day. Did this happen to you? Do you know why?

My boyfriend wants her to have her own name and identity. Guys have Jr.'s all the time, in fact my boyfriend is a Jr. (We don't call him or his father by their names. His dad has a nickname and he has a completely different nickname. He hates his name because he feels it's an old man name.) If it's ok for guys to be named after their fathers, why can't girls be named after their mother's? She wouldn't have my whole name, just my first, a middle, and his last. We could call her by her middle name at home and at school they can call her by her 1st name, until she is old enough to decide what she wants to be called.

His name begins with a J so we are going for a J name and a D name. My only concern with Jaelyn is that it's such a common name now. Everyone in her class will be named Jayla, Jada, Jaden, Jalen etc. Delishia makes her stand out! What do you think?

Ok. She only likes really fresh water. She used to drink out of the toilet a lot. I've even caught her drinking my bath water or licking the tub after I've had a shower. Here lately she doesn't do either and she seems really thirsty. If I put out a bowl of water she'll look at it and walk away. She might dip her paw in for a second, but she won't drink it. (This is fresh water). I once caught her trying to drink some water out of the sink and I shooed her away. If I have a cup of water, she will try to dip her paw in it or drink it, or knock the ice cubes out on the floor and play with them. I don't know what to do.

Also, when I'm at my computer, she sits on my chair and tries to chew on my hair. Again I shoo her away, I have NO IDEA what that's all about!

My mom met him one weekend in Florida while passing through in 1981. She gave me his name, but does not remember much about him. Does anyone have any info on how I can find him? I don't have much money to search, but if it's reasonable I can afford to try. Thank you.
