I really want to get healthy but cant afford gym, so I am asking if someone could suggest few exercises and timetable for me !!

Height : 5 ft

My BMI average is 45-50kgs

I am a big foodie !! I don;t mind dieting but its very difficult for me to stop eating so if anyone has any suggestions....

So basically i dated this guy for nearly 2 n 1/2 years but he got a job offer and moved n kinda just drifted this was in 2010. Well I got busy with my job in 2009 so we were just having trouble and life happened

i havent spoken to him since but i still like him and can't really get him out of my head !

I really want to get over it ! I mean seriously he is stuck in my head !!

so basically i am engaged to this great girl , but yesterday when out we bumped into her old college friend who she hasn't seen for about 3/4 years. he now lives in different city was just here for this weekend.

but when they were talking I felt that they were meant to be. I mean that feeling you see in movies i got that. but she told me they were just friends n in the 2 years she had known him during college he was a big player he was hardly ever single. and she never thought about dating him. I believe her

AND by the looks of it she didn't give me any reason to doubt her ; she will never cheat and i will try to make her happy

but i doubt if i should marry her when i feel her soul mate is this other guy.

i feel so lost

It just I am doing this year long course for my CPD and most of them are enrolled on the course are older than me expect one guy . So he and I clicked today we were together after class for nearly 2 hours talking about the course and stuff.

Well i did a lot of talking but it was mainly course related nothing else, I talk too much ! but he doesnt know that, he only knows me for like 3 months and we barely talked !

I didnt realise it and now he thinks i like him because i overstayed since he had to stay until 6 pm since he had another lecture then.

Now its all going to be super awkward !

Help ! how do i revert back to normality

I am not overthinking it !!

so basically i have gone back to college after failing at it few times.

And i was previously doing maths i didn't have to write essays and stuff however now i have to write 8 essays no exams to pass . my deadline for first essay is 2nd of Nov and i am freaking out about how to get around level 6 essay writing to pass.

I mean my grammar is really bad that's my main concern, i cant afford a proof reader, in my course we r going to help each other but still is there any way i can get improve.

even for my own learning sake.

I really want to do well, I am willing to work hard and do whatever it takes, if someone is kind enough to just point me in the right direction.

So I was average student passed my a levels got into to uni passed 1st year (maybe just by luck )

Failed 2nd year was super upset didn't know what to do but still managed to do resist in June I swear I tried but best but somehow still failed all my resits now I am just lost and want to die I mean I was this hopeful person who is turned awful

What can I do I don't know what to do someone please guide ; tell me I am not the only one who failed... That I can get back from this I dont think I can but ..
