I'm looking to start a digital archive of 'older' photographs. I'm mainly going to be dealing with personal photographs but I may occasionally obtain professional work. Part of this project may or may not be publishing these photos either online on in a book with donations requested to fund further work.

What would I have to do to ensure that I have the rights to use these photographs for either the gallery or for a book? I want the initial owner to retain thier rights while I am using them.

By the way: I'm not a registered non-profit or anything, this is more of a personal project/hobby of mine so far.

Would you believe me if I told you that I have a backstage source that says:

the Miz cashes in the MITB and loses to Orton

the new Raw GM is revealed to be Kevin Nash on Raw tomorrow.

I found a baby crow this morning that looks like it got hit by a car. There is a rescue in my area for birds of prey. I was wondering if a crow is classified as a bird of prey.

Also, any other ideas of what I can do for this poor bird?
