If someone has no pulse and is not breathing then they would be dead right?

From what I understand when you hang yourself you die because of lack of oxygen to the brain but there is a period when you go unconscious before you of course eventually die. Now when the person goes unconscious would they still feel pain? Like the pain of the rope and the ability of not being able to breathe?

Please note that I'm not interested in doing this myself. It's just something me and my sister was interested in knowing after hearing about someone in our area who hanged themselves.

If say someone chocked you and you passed out and they kept choking you for say a minute or two later would you still feel the pain of them choking you?

Please explain.

What does unconscious actually mean and do you still breath when you are unconscious?

From what I understand, the vocative case is where you are talking to someone directly and it should be offset with a comma. So, am I using the vocative case correctly in the following examples?

Examples:

I hate you, Sam.

Sam, I hate you!

Daniel, what I need you to do is to go to the shops.

What you have just learned, Daniel, is the key to success.

Am I using the vocative case correctly?

For example, the symptoms of diabetes are:

feeling very thirsty

urinating frequently, particularly at night

feeling very tired

weight loss and loss of muscle bulk

Does that mean you need to have all of them to have diabetes or say if you just had one of them, could you have it?

In this sentence what are the action verbs?

"I am going to make myself something to eat."

I have jury duty in a few days and just flicked through the booklet that came with the letter and it says I need to bring some form of ID with me and they tell you what ID is acceptable. The thing is though I don't have any of the ID they ask for. What should I do? Just turn up on the day or just ring them and tell them? Do you think I'd still need to do it?
