My current job title is "logistics coordinator" which is more of an entry level title. 

I have been in my company for over 7 years and am the acting Purchasing Manager, Production Scheduling Manager, and Logistics Manager. I've spoken with our Executive Vice President and he asked what title I want.  

What would be a good title that is not more than 4 words and includes these three job functions. I.e. Logistics Manager is great - but does not say anything about the other jobs.

I've sold 2 items on ebay where the buyer claims it isnt working right and wants a refund. Once I asked them to send it back for a refund (they pay) and I state "all serial numbers, part numbers, and markings must match" they want to keep trying the item or decide to keep it.

What do you think - where they were planning on returning a different item and scamming me?

I have a paranoid micromanaging boss. he is obsessed with the department being perfect and never making a mistake even if that requires you to work 70 hours a week.. He is paranoid of ever being blamed for anything. Micro manager stands and listen to people talkin on the phone and stands there and looks at your computer screen. If 5 mins late he will log on your computer. What do you think?

I have a reasonable ping and join the best pinged servers. However the frame rate is slow and feels laggy, i.e - you see an enemy and the next screen you are already dead.

I think I have an insufficient video card. Questions are do I need a new card and is there one I can change for on this computer that will work great for half life 2 and counterstrike?

The CEO of our company wants wants a small printer for her desk that is fast and color. I've been through a half dozen models and researched every manufacturer, store and website. I finally found the dell 1250c. Its the smallest color laser out there and I thought I had a winner.

She doesnt like it. Any suggestions?

Who is your pick? You do not have to pick from the following, these are just my ideas.

Possibilities:

1. John Cena. The top stars in history won more than once. He could win again.

2. Miz - possible. Not too exciting though.

3. Triple H - why not?

4. Randy orton - not much going on , he needs a push

5. ryback - no mic skills and keeps getting title matches - why does he need this win?

6. undertaker - This is a strong pick for me. We know hes coming back. Why not come back, win, win the title at WM and then retire?

We had a power outage at work the other day and one computer got a corrupted file. It was the pci.sys file corrupted or missing error. I tried selecting boot from cd first, and put it the recovery cd's and windows xp pro cd, and they all got errors and wouldnt work.

I know if I could make a good old fashioned basic dos boot disk, I could copy the file to the directory (or from another since that file is also in other folders on c:), take out the disk restart the computer and it would all be fine in about 2 minutes.

How can I make a basic dos boot cd (no 3.5" drive). I dont need a windows setup cd or anything just a cd with the basic few files needed to get into dos. Is that still possible?

You see how it has the link to yahoo, then 6 other yahoo pages underneath (mail, finance, etc?)

How can I make my other page links come up in google search for my site? Is that something that goes into my html code?

Are there cheats available in Free Mode in the PS3 GTA 4 Ballad of Gay Tony? I saw there are a bunch for the game, such as spawning choppers or getting. Can you do things like that in free mode?

Note: I don't want to cheat online - a group of friends and I make our own room and fight against the police. We spend forever collecting weapons, armor, etc. and then sometime lose right away so this would save alot of time.

Has anyone used hostcherry.com? It's as low as 95 cents per month. I'm leery b/c they dont have a phone number and all the websites are made by them and promote/link to them. On the one hand, I've mostly proved my own case not to try. On the other, maybe some yahoo users are using or have used and its the real deal?

I'm looking for an alternate to the P-Touch labeling machine for my business. The P-Touch machines work good, but the roll of labels are expensive. They run out quickly and are designed to waste labels on every cut.

I'm looking for a handheld/portable machine that you can type and print labels on, but where the labels are cheap.

I've got a Black 2010 Honda Civic LX. About 1-1/2 years ago, I parked often at my mother in laws house. She has water sprinkers that run on well water and sprinkled that water over my car. It's been baked on for a year and a half now in the south florida 95 degree heat.

You cant wash or scrub it off with a normal car wash. The black car looks blue all over, with blue streaks everywhere. If I scrub a spot forever with a clay bar, it seems to come out. But it would literally take an entire day that way, if it worked.

Anyone know of something that will work for this and not take too long? Please, serious answers only.
