Today I was heading down a local busy road when my girlfriend and her new boyfriends went past me going the other way. they turned around once passing me and came up behind me, i switched threw lanes and was trying to get ahead of them so i didnt have to deal with her, but when the car in front of me stopped, i hit my breaks and they were riding my back bumper and she rear-ended me. the cop says this is my fault because he has a witness who says he seen me lock my brakes up and that i had "road rage", he submitted a court date based of criminal charges of road rage. I dont even think she got a ticket because her mom works at the local courthouse and just happen to know the cop who came out to the scene and she was talking to him for a while. besides that, it seems to me, under any circumstances, she shouldnt of been following so close to me that i should of been able to make a suddle stop and if she was following at a safe distance, this wouldnt of happened. so i believe this is her fault. Who do you believe is at fault?

i dont know if i need to be 18 years old in order to get my back waxed in a professional place. do i need my parents to be with me or can i just go by myself? any help would be great- thanks.

i am 18 years old and live in michigan right now, i am graduating from highschool this year. my brother just moved out to tempe, az and says he loves it. I was debating on whether or not i should go down there for college, because him and his friend, got an apartment and have an extra room and they invited me down there.

if you live in or near this area or have been around here, please let me know what you think i should do.

i am visiting next month for a week so i can make my decsion then.

I know im out of shape- by why can i do more crunches without my body cramping up and it feels like muscle spatsms in my stomach.

EX: 10 jumping jacks or 10 push-ups.

Once again this probably is going to get a bunch of answers since people out there think it may be a stupid question :-/

I am graduating this year from high school and I want to go to college for business management. Yet, I hear many people saying that business management is a bad subject or career path to go into because there isnt a job demand for it. I keep hearing people say go into medical or sciences; yet i dont like neither of those. I really dont wanna go to college for a job i wont enjoy. So would i be making a mistake if going for a degree in business management?

okay, so I am giving up fast food for my new years resolution which is going to be kind of hard seeing how I am a senior in high school and my parents work 2nd shift, so they arent ever here to make dinner or any food for me when I am home for that part.

Second, I work at burger king, about 30 hours a week on top of school, so most of the time, i rush straight home from school to go to work for the night, not really having time to make food.

Lately I have been eating quite a lot of fast food, and i really use to try to be healthy, but I think that is slipping away. So for my new years resolution, I am deciding to not eat at any fast food place except Subway. (I dont really consider subway "fast food" anyhow)

So any help on how I can keep myself out of mcdonalds, or stop myself from eating at my own work at burger king, because I wanna take this seriously and stay off of fast food completely for a while!

Any Tips or help would be great, thanks!
