I'm worried that my heart rate gets too high when I run. My friends who also run said that this is really high. Should i get it checked out?

I work at a nail salon where not many people speak English. My mom got me this job because I applied everywhere and nowhere was hiring, so she told the owner here and te offered me a position, which I was super thankful for. Once they trained me, the other girl who is supposed to help me started to show up less and less, and I was working a two person job all by myself. I get yelled at a lot, people fight about things I could answer but they don't let me say what I need to because they're yelling in Vietnamese. I rarely get a lunch break and I work ten hour days. I'm eighteen and a sophomore in college, this is my first real job and I dread going to work everyday. Most days I go home and go straight to bed, some days I even want to cry. I hate this job but I can't quit, how can I make it better for myself, so that I don't dread going to work?

Hi all! At my sisters bachelorette party I look a pole dancing class, and the next morning I woke up with a sore trapezius, but it was bearable. It got progressively worse over the next few days. Now, 5 days later, the pain has moved down my arm some but is still radiating in the same spot, and I can barely lift my arm or move it at all because it hurts so bad. Also, it's making me wake from sleep. What should I do? I've been using bengay but I've been staying away from pain killers, which I might start so I can sleep. Thanks!

Hi all! prom is a week away and the dress I fit into PERFECTLY before I started my period is a little too snug. I'm at the end of my period and I plan on running a lot this week, but is there anything else I can do to help myself take off a pound or two before? I'm 5'4, 130 ish with big boobs, its the boobs that are the real problem. The dress is now only a cm from zipping, and it would zip with the help of another person, but I don't want to look like a fish squeezed into a can! Help!

Hello, I just recently (a week ago) got off antibiotics for bronchitis/a possible sinus infection and ear infection. I took the antibiotics to completion. As of four days ago, I have had a pounding headache, which makes it feel like there is a lot of pressure in my head, and every time I bend over the pressure gets so bad that I feel like I might pass out, and I get really dizzy. I'm super tired all the time too, more than normal. Is this just an after effect of my sinus infection, maybe it didn't go away all the way? It's not just my sinuses that hurt, it's everywhere on my head, but it's possible. Also, I don't really want to go back to the health center because my dad doesn't want to pay for it, but my mom and my roommate really want me to go. Should I go? Thank you.

Hello! I went to the campus health center Wednesday morning for an ear infection and bronchitis or a sinus infection. Though I still have a cough, my sore throat and a few other symptoms went away. On day one of sickness I had a fever of 103. Today (Saturday) I woke up with a temp of 99.5, which is still a little high, and one ear completely plugged, the other in serious pain. I have been good about taking my amoxicillin three times a day and I'm not sure why I'm still sick. Any advice? Thanks!

Hello! I weigh 135 and I am 5'4 with big boobs. Most people say I don't look that weight and I don't really, I just have a little extra tummy fat, small love handles, and bigger thighs than I want. I have a very slow metabolism due to anxiety attacks I had as a kid thats caused me to be anorexic. I'm a vegetarian.... and I like eating food that tastes good. I've been going to the gym every day for the past week, and I worked out on and off before then. Am I not waiting enough time to see results? I normally do some thigh work, some abs, and spend time on the elliptical or treadmill. I honestly just want to lose 5 or 10 pounds, not too much, just so I can be healthier and look great. Any suggestions or tips on how I can increase my results? Thank you!

It lost it's flowers a month ago, and the stem died off. It was doing fine, I checked the roots about a week ago to make sure they weren't rotting or anything because it was yellowing but the fertilizer box said that that means it had too much light, so i moved it into less harsh light. Now, the one remaining leaf fell off, it's barely yellow by the base of the leaf, but at the very base it turned black. This plant means a lot to me, my boyfriend gave it to me before I went to college and I want to save it. Please help!

we're both college age and I hate it when he smokes. It's not only bad for him, but I'm allergic to it and i hate it when he sends me texts where he is completely out of it and does dumb things. He told me last time there were girls there and it is hard to say what he will do when he's high.
