I was recently fired for taking too many smoke breaks when everyone who knows me knows that I don't smoke. I never take breaks of any kind, I just run to other departments for small amounts of time to retireve items and supplies that I need. However, I am under constant surveillance so even the cameras should know exactly what I'm up to.

Do I have a possible lawsuit?

Also, I worked for a private club where many prestigious lawyers are members....

I'm writing a Historical Fiction novel but I want it to be as accurate as possible. I dont need to know exactly what he was doing, but at least know what country he was in during D-Day.

If you can provide a location along with just a little bit of proof I'd be very grateful.

I want to open a restaurant and I already have all my ties needed to have nothing but american and local meats and produce. Even my tea and coffee is made here in the US, but the crippling point of my all american arguement is that my fiance and co-owner believes that the alcohol should be in the same nature. I can disagree because it makes too much sense, but most of the products I'd like to have are imported.

I'll stick with domestic foods, but I might just go with imported beverages....

Any suggestions?

I am planning a huge valentine's day gift for my fiance this year.

It will include a menu of Dijonniase Chicken Tenders, creamy parmesan rissotto and roasted red pepper salad. Along with chocolate cherry martinis, spinach salad with Mango-lychee dressing, and double chocolate cheesecake for dessert.

Then after dinner I want to give her a cream and lavender bath along with a full body massage.

Now my question is, how should I prepare the bath?

I have some fresh and dried lavender in my possession.

I was going to steep the lavender in about 5 gallons of milk and add 1 gallon of warm cream to the bath water (along with the lavender and milk mixture)

Any advice or ideas concerning this?

Yesterday I was in a horrible mood when I woke up. She called me and said she wants to distribute presents for my relatives on wed. Well I said alright, but she told me she didnt want to meet my grandfather because of what I told her about him and she didnt buy a certain cologne for my stepdad because she didnt like the scent. I told her she was being "just a little selfish" and now shes been mad at me since. She wont talk to me, she started crying saying she was sorry for being mad, then she went right back to saying she's giving up on me and cant promise me that she'll stay. Her main arguement is that Im not happy with her, but the truth is, she makes me happier than I've eer been.

What should I do?

Ive been making Italian sodas at home and work for fun but I have a major problem with the water going flat so fast. I've tried club soda once or twice but didnt notice any difference.

Any advice? I think it might be the ice melting too quick...

Someone dining at work last night demanded a plastic spoon because they were terrified by silverware, we need to remove all of it from the table and seat the customer away from other dining in with a lot of it on their table. I heard Billy Bob Thorthon has the same fear. Anyone know the phobia name for it?

I want to open my own business one day but I keep getting constantly reminded that owning a restaurant will consume your life. I only want to open a small cafe', a place where people can just hang out and of course spend money.

Opening my own place is one of my biggest dreams but I'd much rather have a family and be able to spend time with them than operating something that could consume my life and destroy my marriage.

Will a small cafe really do this to me?

Im having daily specials revolving around the 7 deadly sins and for Anger (wrath or whatever...) I made a shrimp dish that contains an intense amount of heat yet still has a good flavor.

Im kinda at a loss of names right now though... Any suggestions?

Lately Ive been getting pains shooting from my side near the ileum and all throughout my right arm, very close to the feeling of an electric charge (been shocked a few times before...).

I was working a banquet carving a pig and the pain cause my to drop my knife and jerk my arm back, I could have hurt someone.

It's been happening a lot and Im worried about it.

Ive read up on different gnostic (not Agnostic, completely different) beliefs and Im starting to get into this sort of thing. Ive talked to Catholic priests who told me its a vanished Christianity and I should abandon it but what do you all think?

Right now, in order to advance myself in my line of work I need to gain the respect of two of my co-workers.

I want to gain a position as the morning sous chef (I work with the night sous chef right now) and I need to gain the respect of the morning supervisor and the breakfast supervisor (we have two kitchens).

Here's the tricky part, both of these people see themselves as in charge even though we have an Exec. Chef over both of them. They also look down upon me with great distrust being I am the only white person in the kitchen and the youngest person in the entire hotel I work for. The chef told me the position is for the most part mine, as long as I can gain their respect.

Any ideas? These are two very self-centered people.... HELP!

I am opening a small cafe that will serve soups, salads, sandwiches and ect. but Im going to have a full service restaurant at nighttime. So far I have a decent menu, mostly New Orleans foods with a few classic French dishes but I could use a few more ideas. Thank you.
