This is kind of a school project for me, but I am just wondering what you all do to relax and spend quality time for yourself?

I generally go to work even when I feel like I might pass out and die (I have worked while having pneumonia), so I am looking for less crazy people to tell me what you do and how you decide to call in.

In general, christians today tend to be more liberal than they were fifty years ago, so how do you think it will look in the future?

Atheists are told that we have to convert to christianity to be saved - but what type of christianity? There are a ton of different practices, religions, and bible interpretations, so how are we supposed to know the "right" way?

Would any of you convert if you could continue in your sinny ways? What if you could worship bible-god and get into heaven without having to follow the insane rules? Would you do it? Would that make you "not be an atheist"?

Every day at lunch time, I try and hide from my boss and it's getting old. He finds me, stands much too close, takes a giant whiff and stares at my food. Then he starts staring at me and asks what I'm eating. Then he keeps staring, as if waiting to watch me eat. It's kinda creepy. How do I tell him to take a hike?

I only have a few cigarettes in the evenings now, but I would like to quit completely. What can I do to keep myself busy and not thinking about smoking? Any suggestions are appreciated :)

If I was raised as a "true" christian, would I be an atheist right now? (someone implied that of me, so I am looking for other opinions)

If everyone on earth decided to worship bible-god, would he change his plan? If everyone was a christian, would he just shut down hell since there would be no one to send?

Apparently, I was wrong to assume that most christians believe we are living in what their bible calls the last days or the end times. So, which christians don't believe that?

I know you are supposed to use lithium batteries in things like digital cameras, but what will happen if I put them in other devices? Because there are some ..... uh...... "household appliances" I was thinking of supercharging. Does anyone know if this works?

According to christianity, god lets bad things happen (children starving to death, etc) because he wants to teach us a lesson not to use our "free will" freely. So what if we all decided to worship bible god? If everyone on earth started stroking his ego like he wanted, would he stop all the suffering? Or is that not part of "his plan"?

Aren't you admitting that he isn't in control?

and we had more power in the government, would you willingly accept the laws changes we would make?

What if, instead of just seperating church and state, we made religion illegal. (remember this is hypothetical) Would you comply because we are the majority so we must be right? Or would you fight back for you individual rights and freedoms?

Why is it difficult for many of you to see why we don't want to live under your religious rules? Do you also realise that just because you are in the majority, it doesn't give you the right to be bullies?

I want to hang christmas lights in my apartment this year. I was raised not celebrating, so this will be the first time decortating for the holiday.

Here's my question: what do I use to hang the lights? I live in an apartment, so I don't want to damage the walls, so what can I use?
