Ive have been talking to my friend who is currently in China as of now, she is over there on vacation and she has some Chinese Beer, she is coming back home tomorrow, she is an American citizen, white too if that matters. Would she be able to bring the alcohol back from China and get through US customs in Chicago?

Last night an Illinois State Police Officer pulled me over for going 65. I was driving along with other traffic at their speed. When he approached my car, he began to almost scream at me for driving recklessly and endangering my girlfriends life who was riding with me and other motorists. He kept interrupting me as I tried to speak and then proceeded to ask me to get out of my car so he could place me under arrest. At this point I asked what I was being charged with and he asked me to wait while he got into his car and came out and said he would just write me a ticket. Anything I can do in court about this rude, unprofessional Police Officer?

My aunt sent me a check for my birthday which is august 3rd, shes gonna be out of the country for my birthday so she sent me the check before she left and dated the check as my birthday, its july 28th today, am i allowed to deposit it into an ATM or do i have to wait?
