My long haired black cat looks like he is all black and his fur is very soft and fluffy. HOWEVER when he is in the sunlight, you can see the tabby markings on his face, but they are so subtle they can only be seen in sunlight. Is this a smoke tabby? Or what would he be called? He has yellowish golden eyes, not blue or green like most cats. Everyone comments on his unusual looks. the fur on his belly is at least 3 inches long, but he hardly sheds at all. His tail is very fluffly and he is long and lean. But he doesn't have the smooshed in face of a Persian. How would an expert describe him?
