  • filing a tax amendment for bank interest?

My husband and I did our taxes online. He efiled them, and missed including an old bank account's interest of $180. I keep reading things on filing an amendment. Can anyone out there who's ever had to file an amendment tell me a little more about them and what to expect? Do I wait until after we receive our refund to file that? Thanks for your help

  • how to give my veil height?

I am getting married in two weeks. I have a two tiered veil. When I got it, the people at the store said that you could spray it to make it stand up, giving it more height above my head. I didn't think to ask when I was there what to use. When I asked my hairstylist about it, she didn't know what. Do you use regular hairspray? Or maybe spray starch? I don't want to use anything that would ruin it.

  • My cat's unusual behavior?

My cat does the strangest thing. Whenever she eats "people" food she will reach out and rub her paws on anything within reach when she is finished. It's almost like her feet get itchy. I have never had a cat that has done this before. She even does it if she just smells something. Can anyone offer an explanation for why she does this?

  • having a civil ceremony first?

My fiance and I have planned our wedding for next summer. But due to certain situations in life that have recently arised, we are thinking of getting married through a civil ceremony and then still going ahead with the real wedding in June. Does anyone know personally a person who has done it this way? I know people do it. Did it change the way the ceremony went since they we're already legally married when they walked down the aisle? Can you still call it a wedding on the invitations? Anyone with personal experience in this matter that could lend their advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Which is more important for weight loss?

When working towards an over all weight loss goal, is it more important to focus on cardio or strength training? I know it's best to incorporate both into a fitness program. But should I do less cardio with more attention to weights? Or a longer cardio session followed by a short session of weights?

  • Wedding Music Suggestions?

Can anyone offer some suggestions for some music that would be nice for when the bridesmaids walk down the aisle? We're having a pianist. And I would really like anything besides Pachabel's Cannon. It's a beautiful piece of music, but everyone uses it.

  • Church ceremony, non religious?

I asked a similar question but, next June I am getting married. Neither me nor my fiance are religious or belong to a church. But I would really like to get married in a church because its traditional. I would do it in a chapel but there's none near us that are big enough. Can I have a church ceremony that is simple and basic without a lot of preaching? We basically just want to get down the aisle and say our "I do's" and be done. What type of church would I look for? Any tips or suggestions would be so helpful. Thank you.

  • Is it really okay to cover spider veins with a tattoo? ?

I saw a similar question but I'm not quite sure. I too want a tattoo in an area where I have some broken "spider " veins. They're not too big, but are noticable. Is it okay to tattoo over them? Will they affect the tattoo or how my skin takes color? I was hoping that the end result will be that they blend in with the tattoo. Has anyone ever gotten a tat to cover their spider veins? Or work as a tattoo artist and done this? I heard that the veins have nothing to do with the layers of skin (being tattooed) but how can they not if you can see them? Any info anyone could share would be extremely helpful......Thanks!
