I was cleaning my phone the other day with my case off, and the charging cord caught the arm of my chair and caused the phone to fall on it's face. I lessened the blow with my toe, but there is still a tiny hairline crack (barely noticeable) on the phone. If I were to go to upgrade my phone to the note 4, would I incur additional charges because of the crack? (cycle ends in January)

My grandparents gave me a gift in British pounds, but I live in the USA so it's pretty much useless right now. if I go to the bank, will I get the full money as per the current exchange rate? or is there some kind of tax placed on currency exchanges? thanks
