I have read many different things in different places, just wondering if my passport or driving licence is enough ID?

Hi guys, you read quite a lot that young and healthy people have heart attacks running in marathons and even playing football! I am 31 and of average shape and i have just started running 5km every week as I am training for a spartan race in september.

I always try and push myself to get a quicker time but how much is too much? I often get out of breath and get chest pains but I figure thats normal and carry on. I want to know if there is any safe stratagies to follow? I want to get fitter and faster but dont want to push myself too hard, its a fine balance! Some hints and tips will be great, thank you, russ

I have smoked up to 5 menthol ciggerettes a day for 12 years and more when I go out drinking, anything up to 20 in a session.

Apart from saving a bit of money should I feel any different or didnt I smoke enough to gain any health benefits from quitting? I've stopped for one week now.

I've had severe tinnitus since Feb this year in my left ear and really struggle to deal with it. Its louder than my TV and stereo in my car its awful :o(. Falling asleep and relaxing is near on impossible. I've had scans etc to rule anything sinister out but really need some help to cope.

I'd love to know how people cope with it and if it eventually goes away. Some days its so bad its all I hear all day. Its caused insomnia and anxiety and just seems to be getting worse.

Please advise me as there is no cure, thank you

I am very interested to get peoples thoughts and views on this. The topic is not discussed enough. How did we begin and how is all this possible?. Life is a miracle and so many people disrespect it. If time is infinite then there is no reason why all that is our universe will be created again, a sobering thought.....
