  • My daughter is starting school.?

    I have a six year old who is going to start kindergarten in a few weeks. Ever since she was a baby, she has always stayed up late. I suppose that is my fault because I am a night owl myself. Her school starts at 7:20 and I will be having to get her up at 6:30. I am having trouble getting her to go to bed early so I can get her up earlier. This transition is going to be difficult for both of us if I go about it the wrong way. Im working on cutting out sugars and carbs in the evening and it seems to have worked last night. What is the best way to go about the switch from being a night owl to an early bird for a kindergartner
