Okay, so I broke up with my boyfriend a couple of months ago because he told me he didn't see a future. I disagreed but I still chose to break up with him because he admitted to being a coward, which is a trait I can't stand. However, I still like him a lot. We're friends now and every time we hang out we flirt like we use to. I don't know if he feels like it's flirting or he's just being friendly and teasing me. On top of the flirting recently, my roommate and I had some very serious and scary issues with our neighbors and my ex chose to stick up for us and he's been helping us through it even though he really doesn't have to. After he did that for us, I can't stop thinking about how much I like him and how jealous I get when I see him with other girls that I think he may like. The truth is, I never really stopped liking him and so being just friends for the last month has been really hard. I don't know if he still likes me or not and I don't know if I should say something to him. I'm afraid that he may not want to be my friend anymore if he finds out just how much I want him back since I am the one that ultimately chose to end the relationship. Do you have any advice for me in this situation?

Before you answer consider these things:

Public schools get there money from property taxes so a place that has low property taxes will have very little funding for its schools and a place that has high property taxes will have a lot of funding for its schools. The place with very little funding won't be able to pay teachers nearly as much so they won't be able to get the teachers that have a lot of experience teaching and/or years of experience in the field they're teaching whereas a school with a lot of funding will be able to pay teachers with years of experience teaching and/or years of experience in the field they're teaching. With equality you would take all of the money from the property taxes in each state and evenly distribute it to each school so all the schools have equal funding and students will get an equal opportunity to be successful. However, with equality you will also have a society like Sweden that focuses on equality. They have free education(including college and university), free medical insurance, and nobody is poor because everybody pays 60% income taxes and the government uses those taxes to give people who aren't working a paycheck to keep everybody equal as far as how much money they make. Sweden has an unemployment rate of around 50% and even though they are the healthiest country their citizens go to the doctor more than any other countries citizens so there are people who abuse the system. So, what do you think is better freedom or equality and why?

It's all that you hear about on the news and people won't quit talking about it. I realize that I brought it up again but I'm just wondering if anyone else is tired of hearing about it?

Americans seem to ask questions about when the US will collapse because we owe so much money to other countries, do they not realize we borrow our money from the US treasury?

When I first started on Yahoo! Answers I would only answer in the cat section because it's what I knew best then I starting going to the politics then I started with polls and surveys and then a few other sections. Anyways, the reason I stopped answering the cat questions is because people come on here with VERY sick animals and then ask what they should do and it irritates me because every time I say take the cat to the vet the say they can't afford and get offended when I say you shouldn't have a cat if you can't afford the vet but I do know a lot about cats as I have lived with them my whole life and dealt with several vets and illnesses sadly, so should I go back to the cat section?

Okay, so I faked being sick a few times and got caught so now every time I say I'm sick I have to either throw up or have a fever or my parents don't believe me. So, today I felt fine at school but when I got home I started to feel nauseous so I took a little nap but I still feel like I'm going to throw up and I have youth group tonight at my Church and my parents said I have to go because they don't believe me. How do I get them to believe me because I'm NOT faking it this time?
