So. Here's the deal:

My boyfriend and I usually have sex pretty much daily. But, I've been out of town visiting family for the past two weeks, away from my boyfriend, so I've been getting no satisfaction whatsoever.

I am usually a really calm and patient person, but the past few days, I feel like I've been going insane. I've been short tempered and agitated by things that wouldn't normally bother me at all. I've been craving sex like crazy for the past 3-4 days, to the point that I'm having trouble relaxing enough to even sleep.

I don't know what to do. I really feel like I'm starting to literally go nuts. I've tried everything I can think of: exercise, keeping busy with other things, talking to friends on the phone, etc. I've tried masturbating, but I've never been able to get anywhere with it myself for some reason, even when I take it slow, so I just end up more frustrated about it than I was before.

I've been talking to my boyfriend daily. I've done my best to not talk about having sex as much as possible, but for the past couple of days, I just couldn't help it, and it ended up making things worse.

I have no idea what else I can do! I can barely sit still. I'm not able to please myself physically. I'm having a really hard time keeping my mind off of sex.

Is there anything else I can do to help ease this? I have three more full days before I'll finally get home and be able to see my boyfriend. Please help!

Basically, I went a pretty long time without being super active, and I decided that for my overall health, I should probably start exercising a bit.

I found a pretty simple, fairly quick set of exercises that I've been doing every morning for a few days. I am capable of doing everything with a fair amount of ease, EXCEPT for the lunges.

From doing these lunges for a few days in a row, my thighs have become extremely sore. I was fine until today, at which point I was having trouble walking down stairs because it hurt so much.

I have been doing gentle stretches and trying to massage my thighs as much as possible. Some of the pain has gone away from doing that. I was thinking that I should probably not push myself too far, or force my body to do something that causes pain, but I'm not really certain.

I was wondering if I should take a little break from exercising all together (even though my legs are the only part that is painfully sore), or if I should continue doing the other exercises that don't cause me any pain.

Basically, should I let my entire body rest until I feel up to it again, or should I just keep going, and do what I can do without hurting myself?

Also, are there any foods I can eat that might help at all?

I made a cake this evening that had a frosting very similar to meringue, but with a few things added to sweeten it - and I was wondering if it's okay to put it in the freezer for a few days? I'm planning to make cupcakes on Wednesday (4 days from now) and using the frosting on them too.

If its alright to freeze it, how do I thaw it out? And if it's not okay to freeze, how long will it keep in the refrigerator? The recipe said to leave it uncooked, if it makes any difference (Though it WAS mixed with hot, melted sugar, so it may have gotten cooked a bit).

This may be a stupid question, but I'm really not sure. Like, what kind of dress? What kind of shoes? Pictures would be helpful, but not necessary. Is it just like any other semi-formal?

so first of all what do they measure distance and weight by? what do they use for currency? when do people graduate high school? when do people get their driver's license?

and most importantly, what side of the road do they drive on?

oh and do they have a prime minister, or is that britain, or

are they the same place?

and also what is the drinking age?

i know they use hours and minutes, or at least i hope.... :-\
