I bought a used diesel ford truck on nov. 10th. I recently discovered that the windshield wiper fluid sprayer doesnt work. I hear motor running but hoses are not clogged. Auto parts dude said theresca piece tht needs to be replaced. Also. The oil was blacker than tar and i had to purchase a 50 dollar keyto change a filter. My question is. Since the car wasnt certifiyed..wht r my rights? Is the dealer responsible for fixing the windshield sprayers problem? Which a mechanic said they did not even carried the part. I have a 60 day warranty still.

I just purchased a 2008 Ford f250 Diesel. The Inspection sticker on it says it expired 5/11. Its GWVR is 10000lbs. According to Nj inspection rules it qualifies for SELF inspection. But where do I get a certification or a sticker that says its self inspected?

I had full coverage on my new car, have pip and the limited sue option. was rear ended by a reckless woman while I was fully stopped at a red light, she plowed into my car, leaving it a total loss., she also pushed me to the car in front of me. At the scene, I did go to the E.R, theres a bill..now it has been about one week and I'm starting to feel major discomfort and pain on my back. I want to see a specialist..I need to know what is going on with my back, wht this careless woman did to me. Since on my insurancr, Ihave the "limited option" to sue, how do I go about suing her in the case she seriously injured me? Does the limited sue mean I cant sue her at all? And if so? Who the heck will pay my bills, medical attentions, pain and suffering? I was at zero fault....

I have tried three times to pass the exam...I lost my job as a janitor because of it...I really am able to pass all the quizzes in the work book, and know the material very well, why can't I pass it??? How is it graded , is this just me?

Five days ago, I decided to get red highlights. I have not dyed my hair in 5 yearsn so my hair was 100% free of any dye or hemicals. I decided to go to a fancy salon and pay the big bucks for them, thinkin it would look great and professional. It is now day 5, I have washed it once, with cool water, used a color protectant shampoo and conditioner as well. My hair is a mess, the color from the tips is compleately gone, it looks blonde @the tips and the rest looks brassy and brownish. Should I go back and omplain to the hair stylist this expensive salon? I mean, the color when I left the salon was not my preffered shade of red, but I was content with it, since it was done, but now, that color faded in as little as five dayss!!! After payin more than 100 dollars, this just doesn't feel right.... Any proffessional hair styles out there that can give me ur oppinion?

I have a 2009 Honda Accord. I take care of my car and take it to the dealer whenever it neeeds oil change and a refill on its necesarry oils and fluids. The other day, however, i am deeply ashamed to say...I RAN OUT OF GAS!!! My helpful friend came to my rescue and put some gas in my car, when he was done , I offered to pay for the gas and he said he had not purchased the gas. Turns out he has had that gasolline container filled with gas for a little more than a year!! This of course freaked me out, he did asure me that gas is gas and my car would not suffer any harm. My question is, is he right or should i be worried, I believe he put anout a gallon of gas, after that i filled the car up with the usual, regular gas.

Does ayone know about a store called "ELIZABETH" that sells gowns and fancy clothes, i heard about it like in 2003, there used to be one in NJ, in the Union City area and now, i try to look for it online and NOTHING.. does anyone know if they closed or went out of business? Anyone even heard about it?
