Need a non-confusing answer of how to read an array from a file.

The array in the file looks like "7 9 9 7"

Parts of the relevant code are:

int ary[20]

FILE *numbers

numbers = fopen("numbers.dat", "r");

fscanf(prc, %d %d %d %d", ary[20]);

I would like a specific character to be in the 32nd position from the left, but it seems difficult because the input varies in length?

my volkswagen makes a whining sound (similar to a loose fan belt noise) when the pedal is depressed. is this something i need to have looked at urgently? i put 200km on it everyday, how soon should i get it checked out?

i have stock speakers in a nissan.

i had to have my alternator replaced, and now one speaker keeps cutting in and out. it will come on for a second whenever i hit a bump on highway. it is just really annoying to have it keep doing that, id rather have just one speaker working and the other to just stay off, but all speakers working would be ideal. could they have messed it up when they replaced the alternator? or is the other just blown?

how come indians dont have to pay taxes, and get free education, and fish and hunt without licenses, and noone else can. they claim its because its part of their heritage, but then they shouldnt get to use guns or have tvs or things if they want to live like that. how is that fair to us taxpayers.

i have a desktop pc, and no monitor/keyboard/mouse for it. is it possible to use my laptop screen and keyboard to work on it? or is that just a stupid question
