I am making plans to buy a car.

I am wondering if, generally speaking, its better to ask the bank for a loan and pay the car fully OR work with the financing agents of the car company to get the loan.

I am looking to putting my money on an online bank, but they don't do any loans. That might be a reason to stick with my current bank.

So I am not from the US but I want to buy a bed I saw on craigslist. However, I have no car (or permission to drive one yet) in the US. Is there a company I can hire to move the bed to my address?

I have a two year international license issued by the Portuguese DMV. I can legally drive any "C class" vehicle in the US.

I don't know if it matters but I will take a loan (<12months) and the state is CA.

I get confused when and where I have to stop when I see a school bus dropping of children.

If I am behind it and there is only one lane, its a no brainer. I stop.

But what if there are two lanes going in the same direction and the BUS is stopped in one of them? So I stop behind? Do I stop next to its front wheel?

Even more complicated, what if I am going in a lane going in the opposite direction? Do I stop as if there was an imaginary crosswalk in front of the bus?

Btw, if it matters, the state is California.

I want to replace by cars exhaust with a straight pipe from start to finish. Can I do this in the US?

If not, can I at least remove all the pans except for the catalytic converter?

I dont know if it matters but the car is turbocharged, has 1 catalytic converter and two independent exhaust pipes (each with its own pan).

The replacements exhaust is not "DIY". They are aftermarket but made for the car.

I am trying to understand how the relative grading system works.

According to some of what I read they define boundaries for each level. For example, the top 10% will have A, the 20% below that will get B, and so on.

But that creates two problems:

1) If the class is overall very bad, there will be a lot of people that are on the A grade level that a clueless about the topic.

2) If the class is very good, there will be people that will have F even tho they mastered 80% of the topic (because others mastered more than 80%).

This makes no sense. Can someone explain how this works?

I am looking for a home security camera. I've found plenty that run on two cables (coax and power). Is there any system in the marker that runs only on the coax cable?

Some phones can draw power from the phone line to keep operational, maybe cameras could do the same with coax?

The reason why I am insisting on the coax is because I have PLENTY of it. Might as well be of use.

There are many levels of safesearch in google (strict, moderate and off). However there isn't one that has "show me just the images that were flagged as unsafe" option.

Is there a way to query google to do that? I want all the "safe" images not to show and only the "unsafe" to do so.

I am making a software for a contact center. They want users to be able to click a button to chat with them, using facebook chat. I managed to create a window for the user to accept the friend request with the agent in order to chat.

However, I am almost 100% positive there is some rule in facebook that does not allow for this to happen.

It's also a stupid idea and so I am trying to find some facebook therm that says that by doing that they are violating the FB therms. I searched but could not find any.. :(

Can you find the rule ? (or maybe it is ok to do it?)

I played a game 1 or 2 years ago that I want to play again. However, I cant find it and I dont remember the name.

The game camera is "strategy style" top level view. The mouse is shaped as a hand. For you to move around you drag the soil with your mouse, as if the hand was pulling the floor.

You can bump villagers with the hand, pick them up and throw them. They consider you god.

I tried searching google for clues but these are very common names and descriptions, only someone that has played the game knows what I am talking about.

I am attempting to make an action-script learning program. This is meant to be very basic and mostly a test.

I would need the user to input actionscript code into the app (let's say via a textbox) and the app would interpret it and do something.

Can actionscript do this?

I searched this and I would say no, but maybe some genius out there has an answer :)
