Hi, I need the the properties of elements.

My left ear is blocked because i used a Q-tip thingy to clean my ear then a cotton bud with water to clean it usually nothing happens when i clean it but this time i think ear wax got pushed in, i couldn't hear very well and well i thought it will clear up later. I took a shower and tried to slash water into it and it got worse now i completely can't hear in that ear. Its not bleeding or does not hurt but i can hear myself talk, eat, chew brush my teeth, i am not sure if its ringing but there is a constant sound that i hear. It sounds like when your in a quiet room and there is no sound and there's this weird sound like 'shhh sssshhh' sound, it is kinda hard to explain.

It had been a day and its not going away please help!! I want my ear to be fixed immediately and i know i should go to a doctor but i have no one to take me until saturday
