This is one of mine:
A Catholic priest and a Jewish Rabbi were traveling together. The priest looked at the rabbi and said, "We have been friends for a long time. You can tell me, have you ever eaten pork?
The Rabbi replied, "Yes. Several years ago, out of curiosity, I made myself a ham sandwich. Now you tell me, have you ever made love to a woman?"
The priest said, "Once. When I was young, and before I decided to . . . ."
"Better than a ham sandwiches, wasn't it," interrupted the rabbi.

Genesis 10:21 KJV
Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.
Why shouldn't children have been born to Shem?
3 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhat did God do with 32 virgins?
According to Numbers 31:35, among the spoils of the war with the Midianites there were "32,000 young women who had never had sexual intercourse with a man." These young virgins were divided between the warriors and the people. From the people's share 320 were given to the Levites (Num 31:47.) From the warrior's share 32 people were given as a tribute to the LORD (Num 31:41.)
We all know what the warriors, the people and the Levites did with their shares, but what did God do with his 32 virgins?

13 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIs this a disproof of God?
Let us agree that God (if he/she exists) is both omniscient and omnipotent. Any being which is not both omniscient and omnipotent cannot be God.
I now present you with the following statement:
"God cannot say that this statement is true."
Now I ask God if the statement is true or false.
God cannot say that the statement is true, because that would be making it false.
Nor can God say that the statement is false, because that would confirm that the statement is true.
Whether or not God answers the question is irrelevant. The point is that God cannot answer the question, which means that he/she is either not omniscient, or is not omnipotent. Either way, God cannot be God.
