  • Do you think the name Ophelia has a negative connotation?

I love the name, but because of the character in Hamlet I'd be hesitant to use it. I'm worried people would automatically think of the girl that went insane and committed suicide and that's not what I want... What do you think?

  • Can I do a little black dress for prom?

It's my junior prom this year, so I don't want to go all out with a big poofy gown. I saw this dress on the Nordstroms website that I love, I'm just not sure about it being a little out of place.

    http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2954560/0~2376776~2374...

I know lots of girls will be getting short dresses, but theirs will most likely be a bit poofy or jeweled or something. I like this one though because it's a bit more mature but still kind of fun and a little less... juvenile? Plus, I'm a bit bigger (I go anywhere from a 10-14) so the teirs are slimming. I don't know, though. I think it would look nice with delicate gold bangles, dangly gold earrings, and strappy gold shoes. Just a few subtle accessories so that I don't overpower the dress. Then I want to add some color with pink lips paired with a neutral eye look.

So after all of that, all I'm trying to really ask is if you think that'd be okay for prom? I'm kind of stumped on whether it'd work or not.

    Thanks for your help!

  • Did anyone catch the name of the song on SYTYCD that Sonia choreographed a routine for?

Ellenore and (I think) Ryan danced their second dance and it was amazing but I didn't catch the name of the song. Did anyone catch it? I think some of the lyrics were, "...somewhere you are fast asleep I hope you are terrified...", but they don't seem to come up with anything when I Google them. Thank you in advance!

  • I keep having these really depressing dreams?

I feel kind of strange asking this, but I'm really curious. I keep having these depressing dreams and I guess I wouldn't call them recurring, but they all have the same basic idea.

In the dreams, I die in some sort of brutal way (I get shot, stabbed, etc.) and whoever I'm with (my best friend, mom, dad...) just stands there, watches, and won't listen to me as I cry for help. In the one of them, I was getting stabbed to death and I was screaming for my mom to help me and she just told me to suck it up.

I don't know what they mean? All I know is that I die and no one cares. Over and over and over again. I'm don't feel depressed or anything in real-life, but these dreams are weirding me out. Any idea what they mean?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Is this a good idea? And maybe a little help?

Well I feel kind of dumb asking this, but maybe you guys could throw some ideas out there?

For my two best friends Christmas presents, I was thinking of making them little gift baskets of things that I think they would like. I've got a few ideas, but other than that, their baskets seem like they are going to be pretty close to empty.

    They're both teenagers (16 & 17).

Friend #1: Pretty artsy, funny, outgoing, likes movies (but owns a TON), likes to read, and my best friend ever. We're total opposites, and I think that's what makes it hard even though she's my best friend.

    Her basket-

    -Card

    -Homemade cookies

    -A mixed CD

    -Nail polish

-Elvis mug and hot chocolate set (she likes Elvis)

Friend #2: Sporty, health nut, funny, sweet, softball player, etc. (Not the most helpful descriptions, I know.)

    Her basket:

    -Card

    -Comfy Aeropostale sweats

-Homemade cookies (She'll eat them even if they're not healthy!)

    -CD

    -Bath stuff (for achey muscles)

I don't want a whole bunch of expensive ideas. Neither of them are really into make-up or any particular beauty items. I was thinking a book or a movie, but I'm not sure which ones. Maybe something as a joke gift? I'm up for any suggestions!

    Thank you!

  • Can I get links added to my Tiffany & Co. bracelet?

This past Christmas my mom bought me a Tiffany & Co. bracelet. I feel really bad because I hate wearing any bracelets in general so I never wear it. When she bought it she had them add a few extra links to it. So I was thinking, would they let me add links to it and turn it into a necklace? Do you know how much extra links cost?

I just feel terrible because it's a beautiful bracelet and I love it, I just hate wearing it.

Here's the link to it if it helps:
